One of the most economic and we'll equipped gym in the area. Good instructors, flexible timings and good guidance is provided. Timing is 6-11am and 5-10 pm The gym stays crowded from 6am to 8 am, after that till 11 am you will find less people, so if you don't like more people, that time must suit you the best. Apart from this, they conduct cross-fit sessions every Friday. So there is variation and fun every week. There are no hidden or extra costs for it. The building also has dance classes and aerobics, if you wish to attend those, you can register anytime. The owner and the instructors are supportive and cooperative.

Best gym in manewada area

All the equipment here are upto mark and well balanced...a slide disappointment for the space as it gets congested at busy hours(7-9pm)....beside the dumbell area is also small. Still got good and helpful trainers which balance the minuses.

Gym made in very less space. Too much occupied. Need to wait for your turn to use gym/equipments.
