Only for BSNL service user .....good to consult the employee

These offices needs to be more professional as it's a typical government office where I don't know whom to approach at times.most of the time the concern person is not available and tells us they are on leave or something and there is no substitute person for it.and staff normally leaves before time so we need to go early between 10:30am to maybe 1:30pm because after you might not get the concern person.so I always try to go early

Office is from the 1900s but the service is from 2050. Fast workers are blessings 🙌🏻

Good workers. No delays in any work and that from a govt. department is very impressive.

The office needs an upgrade for sure ... And also if they could do something about their sign board... People who are not familiar with the area , sometimes have a hard time finding it ..

Employees ask for extra charges for service... Totally unfair... This should be reported

Bsnl office is located in C-sector Naharlagun. Telephone connection, bill payment of BSNL are done here for the entire locality of naharlagun

The staff was very rude
