Online everything seems very good but there are lots and lots of bedbugs, spiders and lizard are there in the rooms of the hotel. We have complained about this many times but still they are not being able to clean it properly. Room service very poor. The charges of the hotel is very high specially in June but after charging so much they are not providing good service. Extremely dissatisfied

One of the best hotel in Nainital, mainly the location is perfect. You will get all you want nearby. Rooms are amazingly decorated and cozy. Their service is also good. We haven't tired the food as they are pure veg. But apart from that you will get what you wait. The best for me if you stay in Nainital. 😊

This is an excellent hotel with a great location on the mall, very near all major attractions. The view from our lake facing room on the fourth floor was superb. The room and toilet were very clean. The vegetarian food at the in-house restaurant was inspiring. The staff were very helpful. And, special mention must be made of Mr. Ramanjit Singh who responded to all our pre-arrival queries with much patience and extended all help to us after arrival, always with a smiling face. To cite just one example, he (on his own) offered a heater for our room at no extra cost. We will certainly stay here again in any future visit to Nainital.

We went in family of 3 adults for 1 room, & was searching for a hotel with lift, on main road, since we had an elderly with us (with knee issues). All other hotels in this road have either stairs or have lift on 1st floor, but this has on ground floor. First, this was main usp for us. Second, rooms are great and well kept, all facilities are there. Hotel is in the market place so you can easily stroll the road and have food. Easy reachability. Interior is good. Washrooms are good. Service also prompt. We didn't have any vehichle, so don't know about parking thing. Totally Worth! I don't know why it shows 2 star hotel on google maps, it's more worth than 3 stars hotels there.. even other guests said they were misled by this 2 star, because this hotel didn't come in filtered results.

Typical lodging! I had to stay here as I got stuck midway and it was a rainy night. Rooms are decent, but pricey compared to other hotels in the locality. This is located right in the middle of the market. I must say that their food tastes good, must try.

Awesome stay we were very satisfied with the services and the room. Staff are really good . service are very fast.food is really good and pocket friendly too.
