I came here for the first time to get an X-RAY done for my mother and we were completely polite and soft spoken with the person Sitting at the reception, my mother asked the person how long it will take very politely and he reacted in a very rude manner, which is not acceptable, I don’t care how big of a laboratory you are or how busy you are but you have no right to treat patients in a rude manner, especially when it’s your first time there. I’m sure with the behaviour we received, this review will not matter to them. But one thing for sure I am never going to go back there again and would recommend the same to others. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Not worth the one star also

Had a visit to Jalaram Medical Centre, Nairobi. Gilbert, the lab technician accompanied me while explaining with a bit of history. I met Dr Soares who is working as GP providing selfless services. He is from from Goa. Jalaram Medical Centre was the brainchild of the Late Mr Amubhai Raja and was sponsored by the R Raja Charitable Trust. It was opened in April 2004 and first guided by Late Dr Yogi Thakar in the Temple Grounds. As it grew, in 2006 it was relocated to it’s own plot on Jalaram Road.

It's a Non-profit - charitable organisation where their goal it to help by providing at low cost- high quality Medical and laboratory Services .

Poor.... Service and they require good Management as staff and doctors not on there seat and rotating around ....worst service i have been... really disappointed...

Unprofessional. I called to take an x ray appointment at around 14:30 , was put through you the radiologist and she said she was leaving for lunch. Since I was in the area I pleaded if she could wait. She refused saying would be back in an hour. So around 16:45 I call again and receptionists says that they close at 1700 . I pleaded and she agreed that she will ask radiologist to wait. I took boda to make it quickly. Got at 17:08 to be told she left. What world of customer service do these guys live in

The worst hospital ever. Don't waste your time or money. Different rates and treatment for different folks and ethnicity

The receptionist and the numbers provided in the website and the receipts are useless because they just don't keep up the phone... I have been call for the pass 1 and half hour on response...

Horrible service. The radiology service is extremely slow. Multiple patients before me have complained and left. Even though the place is not as busy the turnover is extremely slow. Ct scans do not take longer than 5 mins. It is very surprising that it takes over an hour per patient in the que. Some training must be delivered here.

I visited Dr. Rasik Jalaram center today with my daughter and I have no regrets. The parking is easy, the efficiency is superb, the charges are very fair and customer service is excellent. Very clean bathrooms and overall flow of things. They could add chairs for waiting otherwise I highly recommend this place. We visited the laboratory.

One of the best hospitals where you will get affordable medical services with quality people. Staff are very supportive and helpful Medicine are also comparatively cheapest than other hospitals and medical stores. Very new laboratory with latest technology instruments

Very slow services staff are slow systems are slow pathetic services never again better Kenyatta hospital toilets were smelling like rotten fish. Mr Kantaria should take full responsibility for this place. Parking has no exit signs very frustrating experience never again.

GOOD: pricing, facilities and consultation. BAD: Customer relations, need a queue management system as a certain breed of clients don't seem to understand the concept of queuing, Pharma - slow, outside specialist doctors like for diabetes NOT on time and had ALL of us waiting from 11am. He arrived at 12:15pm the rushed through the patients to make up for lost time thus compromising service.

It was not my first time however they do not have my records... need to fill the form fresh waiting for another 30mins. After payment awaited for the Dr. and there was no announcement as per the order and patients were visiting randomly like a public toilet. Waited for more than 1 hour and after raising concern was let in to meet the doc. Same prescription to reach to the medical store took another 45 mins to release the medicines.... I would say its a pathetic customer service or mismanagement due to poor staff. The only good thing is the location and all tests can be conducted here... NEED ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN TERMS OF SERVICES.

I’m hugely claustrophobic so an MRI is deeply challenging for me but the docs/nurses (Martin) etc were just so kind and accommodating. Thanks for excellent service and for being so patient.

The information given at the front desk is different from what the laboratory or radiology give. Making patients go in circles. They need to improve on that. It's my first visit, and was not impressed

There were no queues at the Radiology department when I checked in on a sunny afternoon. Thankfully the facility is cool and air conditioned. I loved the cleanliness. My ultrasound went smoothly and cost 5000 KES. The report was signed by a sonographer but I left satisfied that I did not have anything sinister.

Modern, spotless clean, polite and professional services.
