@ GARDEN CITY Poor service,very slow even pregnant women queues for more than 3hrs,,I didn't like there ultrasound honestly it only took 1minute and they Didn't show me MY baby more than 15 seconds,I took a video and it's only 10seconds, it really hurts and we are paying for this,I asked radiography Dr and he told me the baby is Okey there is nothing to worry about and he need to attend to other pple surely NKT!!!

Extremely slow!!!!!!poor customer service!!! How can one wait for over 2 hours to see a doctor.?? No active queue management! Is it a system issue? Is it a staffing issue? What's the problem??????

Very good male nurse and receptionist. The doctor, however, was too pragmatic and lacks people skills. Also employees seemed confused about their operations order. The place also needs furnishing. And you have plastic chairs for waiting - seriously?! Medical was okay as for solutions though but that's not everything and everything was rushed and not carefully analysed when symptoms were presented. For the pricing unfortunately inferior service.

@Garden City facility. Extremely slow, Very poor customer service, Very poor queue management. You know the specialist is not coming but keeps the patient waiting for almost 2 hours rather than telling the patient to come another day or later when the specialist is around.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Had a diabetic patient that was required to be monitored by a specialist. Was never seen by the specialist that was required and gave contradicting advice when finally seen by the specialist on the fifth visit. Mind you the specialist was always there and just saw patients based on who they knew. Waiting times were in the region of six hours and then the specialist would leave and the assistant would be handed the patients that were there. POOR SERVICE AND WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!!!

Great customer service from the perspective of an emergency patient. Wasn't kept waiting at the reception from the moment I was brought in unlike most clinics. Managed to get recover briefly in a couple of moments though reverted back.

Very slow. The washroom is untidy hence poor sanitation. How does only one nurse serve over 10 patients?

No order at garden city branch! Was told to pick a ticket and wait to be served.Waited for whole 1 and half hours and I was never called.Approached the reception and I was told that I was called already yet that didn't happen.The receptionist had no remorse , neither did she apologize for having missed out on my ticket.I think a little empathy with the receptionists should be encouraged.Otherwise the doctors are great.

They run the place like a government hospital, Extremely slow! Doctors take forever to attend to patients and services are terrible. Wouldn't recommend.

Judging from the reviews here, and my experience these couple of months, we can conclude that Gardencity branch is chronically slow and with poor services. The receptionists will come in late, take forever in the backroom and do not care the least. AVENUE, do something about this!
