Worst Pizza Inn experience!!Worst branch too. Those that come in last have their orders first and vice versa. No customer engagement...And the cashier gets mad when you ask for your order after the time she stated. No order at all!!! Waited for over an hour for my order.

Instead 25 minutes like told as we ordered we are waiting now more than one hour! A terribly bad service. I can only advise anyone not to order anything from this store.

Well, the waiting time is so long on Tuesdays but it's much expected cz of the terrific Tuesday offer. The space is somewhat small because the seats are always full. There's creamy in too in the same space. It's very affordable and the pizza is fairly good. Their drink menu is short, it's either soda, water or a milkshake from creamy in.

Delivery is always on time,food is delicious,most hygiene

The cashiers need to learn how to talk to customers,some are quite rude.

Worst customer service ever!!! Burnt my pizza and the replacement was jyst pathetic 😩😩😩. . Nothing compared to my original order. Just cheese smeared everywhere!!!!!!

They work reasonably fast even. I found a large crowd but my order was ready in 10mins.

Poor service,order pizza served 2hrs later and people who came before me were served and I was left waiting and then pizza came not well cooked with no toppings after complaining!!!! Don't visit the store!!!!!!

Being on a terrific tuesday, my order was skipped and I waited another hour only for you guys to give me ketchup as a sorry. Then, after eating the pizza I nearly died of food poisoning. From Tuesday night till today on Saturday I've never been okay and I will seek legal action.

Thee worst pizza ever. Be careful when you take out meals,check before you leave. I paid for a chicken mania pizza which is more expensive and I got some beef pizza which had more dough than meat. It was a raw deal. Not buying pizza from you again.

Your pizza is absolutely terrible now I understand why my friends don't buy your pizza.When I got pizza it was too fat and wasn't even sweet and I could tell it wasn't fresh. You people honestly need to do something about your pizza.

Their pizza on Tuesdays is terrible! Definitely not worth it. The crust tastes like soaked bread and some parts are undercooked. I waited a whole hour and a half but the wait wasn't worthwhile. Try the place on other days just not on Terrific Tuesdays!!

Clearly demand is outweighing supply and management need to sort it out. Sunday peak bout and one person was attending several customers resulting to a long wait time.

I like how the smell of the pizza welcomes you from the entrance... And then they make you your meal right there, with your specs...🤤 And it doesn't take that long! Ukiboeka Kuna WiFi, and they've got a scenic view of the Ruaraka area. Great food, speedy service, good people 😊

Made an order at 530pm was advised it will be delivered by 8pm. It is now 910pm and they are still yet to deliver. The kids are so disappointed and still waiting, I wouldn't recommended anyone here. It only courteous to be truthful.
