This are rentals for students... Has tight security, a well maintained area, water is free, rooms are very spacious with in built compartments.. The rent is fair with a 3 month deposit on entry... Deposit is nonrefundable... Trash is burnt and sanitary towels collected... Very friendly to foreign students....(they prefer staying here) very silent no noise....
