The balcony bar is the most relaxing club in town with the best wine collection not forgetting the cigars. You can your cigar either in the cigars lounge or outside the balcony as you view outside the beautiful entrance within the iconic water fountain. If you need the best hospitality this is the place to be 👍👌

The door on the left leads to the smoking zone. It is right next to the a common area where food is served and people can network. It's disturbing for non smokers since the smoke finds its way out. I had headaches because of second hand smoke. This is a terrible experience!

The massage was great and the service was great. I didn’t like that the spa part was shut down for renovation so it kinda of take away your full spa experience away. Which is one of the main reasons I came.

Wow, one of the most luxurious spa experiences I've ever had. Loved the fountain filled with fragrant flowers, the unexpected tea service before my treatment and the relaxation room afterward. The sauna, steam room and whirlpool in the locker room were fantastic too. Everything smelled so nice

Fabulous massage and scrub in the couple's room. Our therapists Marion and Jacky were amazing. They released every knot and left us both feeling so relaxed. This spa is professional, clean, friendly and I highly recommend. I'll be back the next time I am in Nairobi.

Got a couple's massage here with my wife. The customer service was fantastic and our therapists were very professional and skilled. It's a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

The massage was just what I needed. She got the knots out. Loved the steam bath and the Turkish style pool within the ladies' changing room. The food wasn't worth the money - the portions were exceptionally small
