The location is fine (a bit shady part of town) and initially the staff were friendly. That said, after a few stays with them, shady demands started to occur in terms of claiming their towels not able to be cleaned (claimed to be stained with green dye), this was followed by claims I broke a cup and went on demand exuberant charges for replacement. This place does not provide Tax paid receipts to customers and has a habit of extorting unsuspecting customers. I would also warn potential customers to check the room for cameras and other recording devices. Buyer be warned! Feel free to contact me should there be any questions to this statement...

The apartments are fabulous! Spacious, light and airy - everything was set up perfectly. The location cannot be better - walking distance to Nairobi Museum. A great place for a family

We came in at 5:30am, the night guy charged us full 6000 shillings untill checkout the same day. Than we couldn't sleep because of employees yelling, remodeling and some phone ringing in our room. Best to avoid.
