The
bad
side:
1.The
worst
parking
arrangement
you
could
ever
imagine
for
an
apartment,
only
one
allocated
per
house.
2.The
garden
is
beautiful
but
has
bugs
and
there's
no
room
for
privacy
to
host
a
small
barbecue.
3.
Balconies
lack
a
sense
of
privacy,
you
can
literally
walk
to
your
neighbour's.
Don't
even
think
about
a
beautiful
view,
you
are
either
overlooking
a
slum
or
a
block
of
flats
across
the
street.
There's
also
only
one
balcony
per
house
which
is
also
a
laundry
area
unless
you
live
in
the
Penthouses
which
have
balconies
in
the
bedroom
only.
4.
All
houses
have
laundry
areas
but
Penthouses
can't
house
a
washing
machine
as
the
area
isn't
covered
to
hold
your
machine
which
beats
logic
of
having
a
laundry
space
in
the
first
place.
5.
The
DAY
guards
tend
to
be
rude
(A
young
man
and
a
lady)
but
the
Night
guards
are
great
(Short
guy
with
cap).
6.
Finishing
in
the
houses
seem
good
to
the
eye
but
substandard
materials
used.
Easy
wear
and
tear
cracks
are
visible
on
the
walls
leading
to
the
balconies.
7.
The
kitchen
space
for
the
Penthouses
wasn't
well
thought
of
as
big
appliances
don't
fit.
You
cannot
have
a
full
standing
cooker
or
a
fridge
in
the
kitchen
area
so
you
may
have
to
opt
for
a
table
top
cooker
and
a
fridge
in
the
living
room.
8.
Walls
and
not
very
thick
so
don't
even
think
of
having
loud
(you
know
what)
or
even
blasting
music.
9.
Bugs...
and
i
cannot
stress
this
enough.
This
is
because
of
the
flowing
water
nearby.
"Nairobi"
flies
during
the
rainy
season.
10.
The
lift
is
always
undergoing
some
maintenance
so
you
cannot
use
it
as
often.
11.
The
gym
is
exuberantly
priced
and
not
FREE
for
residents.
The
good
side:
1.
Management
is
great
and
always
available
should
you
require
any
assistance.
2.
Water
runs
24/7
3.
Back
up
generator
for
common
spaces
is
a
plus
considering
there
are
sockets
outdoors
4.
The
common
spaces
are
always
clean
