Great. Estate and location. Hopefully,once the government roads are expanded ,potholes eased and cleared and,hence ease traffic would be great. Great location and proximity to all major facilities.

BE CAREFUL if staying in an Air BNB here. The security guards aren't your friends. I was held up inside the compound in an attempt to shake me down for additional money for a "cleaning fee" charged outside of Air BNB. Just be careful. However, the accommodations were really great. You have to pay for the electricity using MPesa, take note of this and mind the instructions on how to do so. Water was safe to drink (for me at least). Friendly to foreigners. Felt generally safe. I stayed here for a few weeks and didn't have any issues apart from the last-day shakedown.

Jacaranda Gardens is a modern gated community with tight security. The security guards are courteous and exude a high level of professionalism. It's a child friendly environment with many trees 😊

It's a really serene place. Really spacious with parking slots for every apartment. You can also take evening strolls, since its quite big.

There is no order or discipline in this place. Children are allowed to roam the premises late at night shouting and running, roudy teenagers smoking, drinking and playing loud music with their bluetooth speakers at night.The management is doing nothing about it. If you value sleep or peace and quiet Jacaranda Gardens is not the place for you!
