Pepino's Pizza is the perfect place to enjoy pizza, chicken, sandwiches or ice cream with friends or family, especially at lunchtime the service is quick, the space is calm and pleasant with a remarkable property. the staff are welcoming and the prices affordable. I highly recommend this place to lovers of fast food.

The place is quite ok. Their customer service is awesome. Their pizza, fries and chicken are also on point 😋 .... Oh, and did I mention their customer service is top-notch???

Peppinos plaza is located in Kimanthi street. It's a big inn actually. The prices of the food are so fair. And it has a big space where you can comfortably have your service well.

The quality of food has really gone down. The chips is undercooked and the chicken is too oily. It's good that they give two pizzas for the price of one...but the quality is really low... especially the second option pizza. I wouldn't recommend Pepino's to anyone

The 2 stars are for ambience and service. The staff are nice and polite. The seating area is appealing and not crowded. Great for meetings or dates. Now on to the food. Had the hot dog pizza and chicken bbq for 1100ksh for both(medium). Hotdog pizza rating would be a 2/10 the flavour was just blunt, the crust tasted of pure dour, you couldn't even taste the tomato base. For chicken bbq 5/10, the chicken needed salt and more seasoning. Don't get me started on the cheese. For the price range, It's not worth visiting. No value for money.

I love the mood this place has.. Went out on Sunday night and the music was fantastic. Very chill place the pizza's are good enough probably not the best out there but for the little guy it serves we..especially with their daily 2 for 1 offer

I really wanted to like this place, but they made it so difficult. They really made me wait 40 minutes JUST to give me the wrong order! (Ordered chicken tikka but it was just bread and beef, see pic below). Terrible service. Terrible pizza. Will not be returning! 🤬

Its my second time visiting the place, the guards at the entrance are polite and welcoming. The place is very clean, except for the washrooms. Got irritated by one of the employees, we'd waited for over 30 minutes for our order, upon asking about the order, we were told it was ready long ago but they'd forgotten to tell us.

Located opposite club64 sixtyfour along kimathi street, offers affordable eating. Have a taste of their chicken and pizza. This is also an ideal place for hosting a birthday party as they also bake delicious cakes at affordable prices. This is a trendy eatery which also houses an Ice cream parlour. It's setting has a more 90's feel to it. Just superb

Convenient location and has nice options for food or snacks. Nice space as well. Their washrooms are not great, so don't eat heavy.

First time on a late night here to celebrate a friends birthday. The interior design is awesome, was just thinking what a great place to do a photoshoot. The guard was a bit too strict on foodstuff allowed from outside even when it was boxed and we had no intention of eating since we had already ordered cake from them

I have been to this particular location severally. Yesterday something was off. I don't know if this happened to anybody else or this is how they're now operating. I'm used to ordering from the counter, paying to their till number, given a printed receipt then finally waiting for my order. This time it wasn't the same. The waiter just took my order and gave me the drinks I ordered before even paying and asked us to seat as we wait for our meal since we were dining in. I even asked whether I could just pay he was like no worries just take your time which was fine. What didn't sit right with me was when he brought some funny looking handwritten receipt (not system generated) and the payment method wasn't their official till number but his phone number. Mind you I've never been given any discount in any fast food establishment but oddly he gave me a discount. I found it very strange cause I don't think he was even the manager. It was such a turn off, I don't think I'll ever visit this establishment again

The ambiance is stable for the city set up. Lots of space. Pizza is great. However, they should improve on their service. Your waitstaff couldn't find us toothpicks. Overall, it was great.

My first visit to this place excited me and I was looking forward to many other visits. The food was cost friendly, and the staff who served me was quite welcoming and concerned. However, on my 2nd visit about a week later, it didn't look like the same place I'd visited. The prices had been reviewed upwards but what annoyed most was the poor customer service. The lady at the Shawarma point was on her phone throughout, it felt like we were disturbing her by placing our order; despite there being no other customers around waiting for service. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes and thus sat patiently waiting to be summoned (like previously) when ready. 20 minutes later, we walked back to the lady to ask whether it was ready, but she still couldn't pack for us. She had to call a chef from another 'kitchen' to come and package; when we realized it was ready all along and we'd just wasted a lot of time unnecessarily. There were staff at the door marketing the place to the pedestrians on the street; but I feel all their hard work is in vain if the customers they recruit experience the poor service I did

Its a cool and nice place ,services are on point but they need to keep checking up their data systems regularly.

The food was really amazing and the seating arrangement is good enough. The outside seating area is right next to the road so it can be quite noisy. But other than that the service was impeccable and quick.

My short visit at Pepino's Pizza yesterday was fantastic. They made sure i washed my hands at the entrance with soap and warm water! And the meal was delicious. 100% would recommend.
