Simply lovely! An experience that is totally worth the hype and cost. The staff are courteous and very welcoming to both local and foreign guests. The entire hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated with lots of African-themed items. There is wall-to-wall carpet everywhere except the bathrooms, but surprisingly, my allergies were not triggered - a testament to how clean the entire hotel is. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. And quiet, despite being along a busy street. The food is great - most meals are buffet. The conference facilities are awesome. Highly recommended. Sorry, didn't take pics.

We didn’t love our experience here. Nothing big to mention, but little details: some people from the staff are very nice but some others are not, it was our honeymoon and not even a congratulations card on our room (which of course is not mandatory but would’ve been nice), wanted to use the bathtub but water came out brownish, room’s decorations make it feel cold… to sum up, the hotel doesn’t feel cozy. Apart from that, we had food at the bar and they mistakenly charged us 3 times, they told us they would take care of it and give us our money back the next morning but they didn’t, they didn’t apologise for it and didn’t show interest in the matter. On a more positive note, breakfast is very good and they provide as many bottles of mineral water as you want free of charge.

The Ambience was great. My friend had a birthday there and we loved it. slow music, super cool staff and 5-star experience. Valentine was really helpful as she assisted with almost everything. We will definitely come back on January for another Birthday as the experience was superb.

The reception, the staff, the service, everything about them is just worth every penny. My boyfriend and I had a little staycation for valentines and it was a good experience.hopefully the service stays the same over time. cant wait to come again

Lovely Ambiance. The rooms clean. Their communication was very poor. They didn’t tell us that we have to pay if a guest visits us in the room. If that isn’t an extortion, I wonder what else is. I also paid for early checkin but was denied because the front desk said she didn’t get the information from the manager. I also do not like it that when you are coming to the hotel, you have to alight from the vehicle meters away to do security checks, enter the vehicle back before proceeding to the reception. It’s a good place though with good meals

The security and reception team was very welcoming, smart, professional and excellent with customer care. The staff and service at the gym, pool and related facilities were great. The rooms were also very clean, organized and related services offered timely when requested. The staff in restaurant were very busy but caring at providing their services.

First time being at Radisson blu, upper hill was 2019 around March and I came for a business trip. Their rooms were clean and with great finishes. The gym was extremely good, I really loved using their machines. The staff there was friendly and very polite. Asin everything about Radisson is quite the eye. They have a certain originality and authenticity that is tailored to make the guests experience unique. I definitely can't wait the hotel to be opened again. All the best guys. Great Improvement on security personnel guest handling. NICHOLAS FROM CONCIERGE Is super Amazing, Knowledgeable, Proffesional and Warm hearted. The F&B staff are great,Chefs delight superb. Lounge,and the balcony terrace staff are great.

We just returned still am impressed by standard offered in the hotel. Valentine service is amazing and provides fantastic service always smiling,she goes above and beyond to make our visit fun and special!!! Love this place.

A nice hotel within a convenient location. The parking space is a bit confusing and chances of having challenges tracing the exit are very high and the speed bumps at the basement parking are terribly annoying. Ambience is good and the restaurant experience is wonderful. Held a breakfast forum there but the Menu experience was not good, the offerings and food arrangement was not good, and guests ended up missing confectioneries and juices which were in an isolated zone which I found odd. The hotel needs to standardize sample menu's which they should bring to the attention of clients after reservations are done to minimize disappointments.

The hotel is situated at a good location, security here is so high that it is annoying at first. I had a great view from my hotel room and breakfast was fine. A very pleasant atmosphere but very active environment with people. They have an executive lounge on the topmost floor that you have to pay $100 to enter

Very professional, excellent customer service very accessible to people with disabilities including inside toilets. They are always ready to improve. They don't have Braille menu for the blind but I guess they are likely to consider. Most delicious clean, daily fresh food.

Fantastic. I spent a week here organizing and delivering a large product launch event. From beginning to end, the experience was flawless, to the point that I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Across the board, the hotel was superior to most others in its class that I've stayed in across Europe and the US: service, food, cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics. I'd go out of my way to stay here again or organize a future business event here. Very highly recommended.

Very nice ambience. They should put canopies on the balcony where they serve snacks and tea for the conference attendees. The sun was directly hitting us as we sipped our cups of tea and enjoyed the lovely snacks.

Very neat and warm atmosphere. Be sure to scrutinize your final bill before you leave. They tried to make us pay for things that shouldn't be on the bill and that was a rather embarrassing experience. They did not include some services that were originally stated in romance package we paid for.

The hotel is sophisticated, elegant, and classy, from the entrance you are welcomed by a team of staff full of enthusiasm... 😊 The security is good!!👍 The washrooms 🚽 are so clean💯, a lot can be said about the state of their washroom, I usually say a dirty washroom means that the kitchen may not be clean either... Hygiene is vital It was a 3-course meal, and the food was exquisite... I enjoyed... Esp the barbecue... Soft and tender, the seafood was exquisite, lool I had a hard time eating a 🦀 crab... 😂 never again The desserts were sumptuous 🍨🍰😋 The drinks however were not all that... The sangria was full of spices😏, why?? some were served warm 😬 I DID not enjoy warm or cold sangria... (But I opted for fresh juice instead!!) The service was spot on!!! Overall, I enjoyed myself, 💯 I would recommend it, and I would go back

They had a buffet in the evening. I had barbeque which was well made. A variety of salads and later on had desert. I didn't taste the soups but my friend who did said the mushroom soup was very good.

Located less than 6km from Nairobi central business district. In a very quiet neighborhood. With a very good view of Nairobi city and its environments if you are on the right floor. Impeccable service. They have a smoking area, a lawn, game room plus many more amenities. I loved it.

There is adequate parking and the street it is located in is not busy hence no traffic challenges. The ambience is aligned to corporate business and is bedecked tastefully with African decor on the high walls and staircases. The buffet offering is sumptuous and acceptable in variety.

One of the most likeable hotels by the visiting heads of state to Kenya. It is outstanding, clean and awaresome. Best recommended for the visiting dignitaries to Kenya and locals for a great experience. Rooms and suites especially the presidential suites are incredible.

It's such a nice place to have workshops, dinner, birthday celebrations, host high profile delegates. Their buffet offers you quite a number of different food types to choose from. They have friendly offers for their conference and accommodation facilities especially when you have a big group. It's well situated in the outskirts of Nairobi Central Business District (NCBD) and also easily accessible from whichever side of town you are coming from.

For my first time in Nairobi, this has been a pleasant stay, the area is secure and the hotel is classy. Not a budget hotel, but excellent for business and work conferences. Yet to find nearby areas to shop. Will update.

Staying here for the first time; it has been an exceptionally good experience. Everything is very nice (rooms, food, common areas) but what really makes this hotel is the staff. Every single one has been helpful, friendly and generally gone beyond and above to assist. (Special thank you to Peris on the desk for lending me a charger on the first night!) The hotel is safe. I have stayed in many hotels in Nairobi, but I would choose this one from now on. Great job.

Excellent hotel in Nairobi. I stayed for a few nights last month. The staff are very friendly and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and had everything I need. The breakfast is exceptional and so is the lunch and dinner. The bar downstairs was lively in the evening with happy hours as well. Overall a great stay.

They have aambient black ground music everywhere. Theres a pool and gym for customers. Their meals are delicious and prepared by experts. There's a lot of privacy. Very warm and welcoming. I attended a Charter ceremony for a the Rotary club of Nabo, the conference hall was good, the service and food was amazing! The only drawback was the cost of drinks - 600 for a beer!

An oasis within oasis, upper hill neighborhood is hard to beat in general, but given the already high altitude of Nairobi, this is an excellent spot to spend time in general or stay short / long term. Fantastic staff, great restaurant and bar selection, amazing spa and gym. Only thing I would comment about is that the outdoor pool is small for my taste

I stay at Radisson upper hill during my business trips to Kenya. Love the professional service and friendly staff there. After a 2-year hiatus due to the pandemic, I visited Nairobi and stayed at Radisson again last month, and was amazed to see all the old faces back with their friendly smile and professional service. I was elated to see the breakfast chef George, who still remembered the way I liked my egg omelet for breakfast. Their care, professional service and attention to details are simply great.

Been there a number of times for conferences particularly. Staff is VERY attentive, and you have a dedicated staff for your conference. The conference rooms are normal (most look the same anyway) but they have a great display and the stationery cubbies are useful. The food is definitely the highlight. Amazing pastries, great variety and a buffet you’ll actually enjoy.

Beautiful hotel located just a few minutes from Nairobi CBD. Great views and even greater services from very professional staff. Everything is clean, neat and classy, perfect for business meetings and even family outings. Meals are slightly on the expensive side, expectedly, but still very worth it. Restrooms are top tier.
