A superb overnight stay at the beginning and end of a safari holiday. The accommodation is state of the art and spotless throughout. The food is wonderful and well presented. Service is also extremely good, being attentive and friendly. We didn't venture out of the hotel, hence only 4 stars. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Absolutely delicious, great service and nice place, but it took a very long time for three dishes. I recommend to optimize processes at the kitchen, because it was really too long, even for three cocktails also we had to wait like 30 min...

The staffs are too good. Food is excellent. Heard a happy bunch of Chefs in the kitchen, that did reflect in the food too.

All else was great except Poor hospitality at the reception desk at check in and meanness in serving extra class of water or juice ar the pool side dinnI ng and yet one could get an extra plate of food but not extra glass of water! This was my first time here for a celebration it was at pool deck area. The security are welcoming and also if your lost i had a gentleman take me to the floor i was going to. They have an in house bar and restaurant for those who wish to partake in extra activities. I would return again during the day so that i can enjoy the ambiance. The bitings were so well done my favourite was garlic prawns with a bit of chilli, chicken, mushrooms & the skewers were really good. You can host an event without having full meals but filing bitings not to forget their cashew nuts too. All in all good 1st time experience. Their fresh juices are sugar free the orange juice was really good and 💯 fresh.

I was here for a one day workshop, clean facilities, enough drinking water on the tables, great food, a variety of deserts, but being a huge forum the conference room was squeezed, but the fan did its job so it was still fine... and yes, on my way out the kind valet even brought my car around for me...

This hotel is one of the few hotels that has only women wing, that only caters for the women. It's fresh renovated. Rooms are big and spacious and location is superb.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, with really good water pressure, good tv, and the property feels very secure. The bathroom is a bit dated but clean and everything works fine.

The ambience is good. Service is okay. The steak fillet was very chewy! Wouldn't recommend. But the sweet and sour pork is a must try. Wine was good too.

This place truly reflects what the hospitality industry should be like. I was duped by a cab man and the manager, Mr Henry stepped in and resolved the issue, ensuring I didnt lose so much, and even went as far a loaning me some Shillings till i could change at the BDC. My suitcase handle also got bad and their guys fixed it so good that you would never know if you were not told. You guys simply are the best in hospitality

The only reason I gave this hotel 5 stars was because ten stars wasn't an option. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the food and drink are wonderful and the spa is amazing. I was shown around the spa and opted for an incredible deep tissue massage followed by time in the sauna. I was so glad that went there while my husband enjoyed the lovely pool. The restaurant staff was wonderful and even remembered our names from day to day. Valentine, Safari and Samuel were wonderful servers and Antony made wonderful cocktails. They have a wonderful Pan-African breakfast buffet on Wednesdays so I got to taste dishes I had never encountered before, which was a real treat. The security here is impeccable and makes one feel very safe. The very best part of this hotel is the staff. Maureen and Maurice who work at the desk and also in the shop were so nice and Leonard was so attentive and helpful. Special kudos have to go to Irene, who was there for us every time we needed anything. We had some issues with our tour company and she was there for us with a caring and sympathetic manner. By the time we checked out, I felt like I had gained a sister. After we had finished our safari, we had a bit of time to kill before our flight, so we chose to spend it at the Panafric, because of how welcoming everyone was. Highest marks for this hotel!

Had an excellent stay at Sarova Panafric. I loved the Women’s Wing that included a flat iron and a curling iron as well as additional safety measures. It was also wonderful to see a well-designed hotel room with an electric socket by the ironing board and inside the safe. Every single person I interacted with was lovely, special shout out to Jane for her welcoming smile and helpful nature. Could not recommend more.

Been here for a conference, the hotel is nice to stay in, the staff are pleasant and helpful, good food and service. I didn’t like the wellness center though, when I used the treadmill for 30 min I have the trainer coming asking when I would finish! and when I did 10 minutes later, he demanded to clean the device with a towel. Not going there again

I arrived to Nairobi after flying on a 21-hour flight from the states, my original reservation was with Double Tree by Hilton Nairobi Hurlingham I arrived to this location after midnight to be told that I was moved to a different hotel without my authorization. I was taken to this hotel an it was a magnificent stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and made me feel valuable and cared for, something the Double Tree did not do. Irene is on staff at this site, and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to assist me with any of my needs. She deserves special recognition. The room was impressive and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend.

I stayed at Sarova for 6 nights last week and every staff member I interacted with was soooooo polite, so helpful and wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great. The food is pricey (I ate at the downstairs restaurant near the lobby) and it was okay.

We were on our honeymoon and my wife got food posining from the hotel resteraunt, they did not even offer to cancel the bill, which is very basic. The rooms are not fit for purpose, they have a single glazed sliding door which does nothing and let's air and alot of street noise from the outside in, so we could not sleep, the rooms are very dated. Overall really disappointed, would not stay again.

I had a wonderful time even though it was very brief. A breakfast meeting. The ambience, the food, service everything was excellent. Great food, made by excellent chefs. Organizations should try their breakfast packages. It's top notch 👌🏾 you'll never regret your money's worth.

Had an amazing experience 😃 at the hotel. The Staff were amazing, food was delicious and rooms were super clean and spacious. Yula from the Reservations Team was professional and helpful in all we required and later handed us to Irene from the Guest Relations, who ensured we got a quick tour of the facility and ensured our stay was comfortable. The Location is Ideal for all those who want to be just by the Central Business District.

Great central location that’s easy to find. It’s in the middle of the city but they have created an environment that still makes you feel relaxed. The paintings all round add such a beautiful atmosphere. The staff are very warm and friendly. The food is good too. The swimming pool is quite inviting especially on a sunny afternoon.

The service was top class. The food was diverse, well planned and delicious. The location is also good because of its close proximity to the CBD.

Stayed 2 nights before heading off for safari. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. My Grandmother was unwell during our stay, the staff were so helpful, they organised a doctor to visit and moved her to an accessible room. Lovely pool but apparently people don't swim in it in june/July as it's very cold! Only suggestion for improvement would be quicker brining hot drinks/for service at meal times. We had finished our breakfast before our coffee arrived. Security is taken seriously, bag and body scans each time you enter the building.

Sarova Panafric has been revamped. It has a beautiful relaxing ambience in the evenings especially at the pool side. Conveniently located along valley road, you can hold a conference or just dine with family & friends.

Was just popping in for a meal, and to see how one of my favorite hotels were doing. Had boneless chicken, and that was yummi - very friendly staff, great food and a nice restaurant.

Great customer service but they should include an explanation of meals on the menu and use better menus not printed out ,ones that they use also as our napkins

The hotel has excellent conferencing rooms and can be arranged depending on the size of attendees. There is ample parking for visitors. The buffet spread served for those who attended has a lot of variety and delicious too. Highly recommend for half or full day conferences and meetings

My family and I visited from the US. We booked our hotels with another Sarova hotel (Stanley) not too far from the Panafric. However, since our hotel's pool was being renovated we spent quite a lot of time at the pool located at Panafric. While there poolside, Augustus made sure that we were well taken care of and happy. We will be visiting again.

I was there for a conference...as normal..I enjoyed the place..some great up grades at the pool and the outside eating area...so I never saw the rooms...we will see...

Quite a good hotel. Generally well run although we had some problems with our electronic room key that weren't resolved until near the end of our stay. Handy location for shopping in Central and for the eateries around Hurlingham and Kilimani Estates. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

As part of our African Safari, we started our holiday at the Sarova Panafric. From the moment we arrived, the whole ambience was amazing, with super friendly staff throughout. One member of staff Sharon on poolside duty, made our stay a more memorable one with her attentiveness and social interaction, she made us feel very welcome. We couldn't fault this hotel or staff and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nairobi. We would certainly return if visiting Kenya again.
