Nice and lovely hotel. The food and drinks are great. They didn't have a choice of natural honey though for non-sugar users, just artificial sweeteners. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's is a beautiful backyard where one can relax and enjoy cool music.

Went to the restaurant... Loved the garden ambience! No loud music, quiet enough to have an intimate conversation, and the booths were large enough to fit 6 or 8 adults of need be. Great for larger groups! Had planned on having our meal by the pool, but it seemed inactive in the late evening, so we went with garden, and didn't regret a thing! Had to wait a few minutes for seating, but it opened up nicely. The portions on the food offer (pizza, quarter chicken, fries and fresh juice for two) were great, and filling! Can't say much for other food, as we didn't try it. Service was a little slow, understandably. Deserves a second visit.

The ambience is out of this world. It is suitable for all occasions. Be it a quiet business meeting, an evening outing with your loved ones, a party with friends, a wedding, team buiding and any other occasion it will certainly suit you. I recently went for a meeting and really liked it and told myself I have to take my family there for dinner someday. Try it and you will not regret it.

Newly renovated this hotel much improved from a couple of years ago. The location is convenient to visiting downtown but the new express way and increase traffic from new development around Westland makes it very noises. The garden at back of hotel is a nice place relax, listening to the water running in the the stream that runs by the property. There is a beautiful clean pool too.

The hotel is very dated, that said the gardens are nice. The service was okay. Some staff are alot better than others. We didn't tip one porter immediately, as we had just arrived and hadn't changed any money, he proceeded to ignore us for the rest of our stay. The food was reasonable, however for the western palate the food was over cooked. Nice flavored curries but lack seasoning

They definitely did well to renovate the place. Sitting space is great. My only negative is the outside sitting spaces have the tables too low .

Great location, great seating, awesome band on Friday. The service however, pathetic. We sat there for close to 45 minutes before anyone served us. We were leaving when a friendly lady manager came to serve us. This other lady, who I assume was assigned our table gave us the menu and went to serve a table of Indians, passing us severally. The service was terrible tbh

I didn't stay at the hotel. I just had a few beers and ate here. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was spot on . Lucas our server was delightful. The food was gorgeous, and the ambiance was really good. Full marks to all for a wonderful experience. I would have no hesitation in recommendation of the place.

The place is beautiful and very serene. I'd say 50% of their sitting options are very uncomfortable (the seat to table ratio ain't it) Had their burgers 7/10, their cocktail 7.5/10. The only thing rocking a 10/10 is ambience

With the renovations it looks aesthetically pleasing and the different sitting spaces are nice though best for lounging. Good parking space, clean and secure. The food was okay though took long to arrive and was on the cold side(Please don't order the tilapia with cashew - salty and cold) The mashed potatoes are good and the greens are 8/10 (it would have been 10/10 if it wasn't cold) Ps: The guy at the bar area is friendly and helpful. If you're hanging alone, sit by the bar. Prices are affordable.

Staff was fine nothing to write home about. Food was ok again nothing to write home about, rooms were fine, shower needed help! I used a friends shower in her room, it was better but nothing grand. The price was high for what you got. There were other hotels and b&b a lot nicer in the area for less. I stayed there the night before my tour was leaving because they departed from that hotel.

A good hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and have all amenities in place for a pleasant stay, although some might say it's a bit outdated. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast was very good and sure on of the best during our trip.

We were very happy with our stay at hotel boulevard. The rooms look like on the pictures. The rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. Slight downside is that the walls are quite thin. We had the breakfast, because it is convenient, but there is definitively better, I cannot complain though. All in all a nice stay with very friendly staff. Would recommend, especially given the fair price.

Quiet and serene space with beautiful flowers. I love the partitions and sense of privacy at the outside seating. The food is okay... but portions could be improved

Loved this place. Went for dinner with a friend. The place is lovely. We had our meal at the outside dining area(would recommend). Our waiter was so friendly and patient with us. The meals were great, and on time. 10/10 would recommend.

A beautiful place though ordered my meal and after 30 min waiter came back with the news it’s not available anymore and that was 1 hr after dinner begun, ordered the second time and came back also with the news it’s sadly out of menu and the third order he dint bother coming back to say it’s not available but brought something quiet different, medium steak completely done and cold, when it comes to food, I offer absolutely not star! Quiet disappointing! Don’t include it on the menu, if you can’t offer it!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations! The luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and stunning decor made for an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived to the time of departure, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The staff was not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, adding a personal touch to my stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were diverse and of the highest quality. Overall, a truly five-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking luxury and comfort.

Stayed here for just one night, but enjoyed it thoroughly. Though located in the heart of Nairobi, it was pretty quiet. The friendly staff ensured quick check-in and room allotment was immediate. The room was cozy and very clean. The dinner and breakfast were good. The swimming pool though could do with some attention. Overall, no complaints.

Too many waiters but poor serving. Customers are not many, yet it takes too long for a waiter to attend to them. Let the waiters stop walking in twos. The food is good.

This is the second time in this place and the first time was amazing. Yesterday was not pleasant at all. We ordered thrice for our food to be served. We literally had to look for waiter to serve us. It was the slowest service ever. The chicken curry and naan was good though.

The place is nice, comfortable and clean. At the restaurant the service is absolutely great, but at the reception there is a lady, Steffany, who really changes the experience to a very unpleasant one. It is unfortunate, because although I liked the hotel, the food, and the other people from the hotel, I wouldn't come back, as she is more or less the face of the place, and by the way, a very badly dressed one. She was very rude from the beginning. One morning I bought the breakfast to take along and it was 20 USD without any juice, coffee, tea, or any drink, so I asked for a bottle of water and she said it was not possible, because it was not included, so I asked for the free bottle of water from the room that they had to bring later to my room and she said it was not possible, I almost had to beg her, so she will give me water. At the end she accepted, but it was a terrible service from her and I strongly recommend to train her for a better service.

Just an overnighter here before we started our safari, arrived very late but they kept the bar open for a bit so we could have a drink and wind down after the 9hr flight from London. Really lovely staff, comfortable rooms and a decent shower.

Great value for money! Hotel and rooms were very clean, staff was very attentive and always ready to provide a helping hand. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment, but the stay was positive overall!

Spent just one night, but enjoyed the brief stay. Excellent food and the service is efficient and friendly. Though it offers free wi-fi, the rooms are not equipped with fans or air-conditioning which could make it uncomfortable. A bit more ventilation and brighter lighting will lend more comfort to the guests. The location is quite central but very quiet ambience since it is tucked away in a corner, away from the busy main roads.

Very good service! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and filling. Only complaint I have would be the laundry service closed before 4pm when we were just getting back from the Masai Mara, and we couldn't do it the next day because we had to leave first thing in the morning. VERY minor complaint!

Finally tennis!!!! The grounds are amazingly well kept. Great landscaping with a stream flowing behind the hotel. The rooms are dated but it's more colonial African decor.

Probably the worst place we stayed at during our visit to Kenya. The rooms were okay, but they had mosquitoes and no mosquito nets. The pool looks good in the pictures but the water is freezing. The food was horrible and the service in the restaurant was non-existent. Must say that the housekeeper was excellent.

The Boulevard Hotel has always been a great place. It is hidden in a most strategic location just between the Nairobi Museum and the Norfolk Hotel and hidden from the Uhuru Highway. It is quite quiet. Beautiful rooms. A wonderful garden with a river flowing down at the far end below the fence. Dining here is a peaceful affair. The food is excellent though in small sizes but filling. Breakfast is served a bit late for the early risers but if you ask, you can get your eggs, bacon and sausages brought to your table. I would advise anyone to visit.

Hotel is okay but a way too overpriced for the facilities they providing. Rooms are freaking hot (32°C at night) because of no aircon and you can't open the windows due to Mosquitoes. Bathroom smells due to the drain system

The food especially the Escalope Millanise, 10/10. Staff: Very friendly, professional and always available. Ambience: Extremely beautiful especially the lighting when it gets dark. Pool: Clean and easy to swim in. The experience was 💯

Nice hotel, good service, tho the restaurant has some startup issues. Food was ok. What made it for me was a really nice pool. I think this hotel have just started up again, so with time they should overcome the issues i experienced. Alittlebit to much noise from the traffic, but mostly in the pool erea.

For all its advantages, don't stay here over week-ends if you want to sleep at night. Loud, thumping music from nearby student rave until 4am makes sleep impossible.

Good place at city center to stay, even peaceful, although all traffic is so near!
