What is there not to love? Swahili styled apartments spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Bring along some food shopping, if not, there's the Tavern which has four restaurants on site, two at the ground floor, one on the first floor and the other on the roof top serving both alcoholic and soft drinks, variety of food. Great location if you have a number of things to do around westlands and its surroundings.

Beautiful place, gorgeous ambience. The team can do better in as far as service goes though First off, there seems to be a curfew so when it gets to around 11pm, they start asking you to wrap up, even claiming the the lights are set go off automatically. It's not interesting having an intimate dinner and having several people walking into the room and standing at the back to pile on the pressure. Lastly, we had planned for a buffet and lots of food was left over. When we asked to pack, they claimed it is against policy, unless we eat to our fill at the venue ๐Ÿ™„ Again, not very welcoming behavior. Management needs to clearly review some of these ridiculous rules. Had a lot of my guests leave unhappy which is not good.

Donโ€™t know how this is a 4 star hotel and has 4.5 stars. Itโ€™s old, not maintained, rooms are dirty and smelly. Too expensive for the value you get. The response from the Hotel is fake. I was a single guest with no โ€žcrowdโ€œ. I arrived and left as booked. Still did not recover the double charging of my credit card. Very low response from a business, shameful

Robbed twice from our hotel room, food poisoning in the hotel restaurant and handed dirty towels. So sad - a hotel we have used several times for various functions with success has become such a disappointment. We reported the theft to the police off course. The hotel management acknowledged no responsibility but blamed us. Very sad experienceโ€ฆ

This place was recommended by friends. It didn't disappoint. The basics are in place, namely; Wi-Fi, Clean environment and hot water. All crowned by the Swahili theme and architecture. I would advise them to add a couple of bottles of drinking water though...

Very nice place with spacious and well-equipped apartments furnished in an oriental/mideaval European style. Great option if you dislike the sterile hermetically sealed modern high-rise hotel and prefer to be a bit more connected to the outdoors during your stay.

We had a nice stay at this location. It seems to be a safe place in this more or less unsafe City. The area is very green and quiet. In the neighborhood you find headquarters of NGOs as well as Embassies. The interior was very tasteful in a land house style. During our stay we had a bit of Noise from the building activity.

Nice place with great set up for a family. Experienced some post-covid service issues, but management asked us for a meeting, listened to our issues and clearly is committed to addressing them. I would stay here again.

For all the times i've stayed here i absolutely loved it. They're serviced apartments that are affordable, with rustic rooms and sort of middle eastern decor. Very secure and ample parking so you can bring your car or result to getting around via taxis. Nice little restaurant but the service there is slow and limited menu. Also, it closes really early in the night. They have free Wi-Fi. However, it's very unreliable. We had a little trouble checking out since they wanted to charge my boyfriend's credit card using USD instead of KSH and at a ridiculously high rate and the ATM was not working then. Luckily for us we had cash. Overall great place!

The food at the Tavern was very disappointing. I had a pasta with white sauce. The pasta was very hard. A veg curry was also poor. It tasted hard and uncooked.

Nice and cozy, lot of green, calm, enough space. Needs a bit of "take care" to details

One of the bests stays in my life! Fascinating architecture, with Indian and Zanzibar style (even the horns on the doors agains elephants!;), kindly staff, a roof terrace for gatherings and a pool and very very good fitness. We shot a film in Nairobi and stayed there with the crew and actors for a month. Itโ€™s also much better than the regular hotels where one can have only a room and a breakfast- here you have an apartment with a kitchen you can cook and welcome guests if you like (and dining out in Nairobi is very expensive!!) you also have a garden with places to gather with people or just chill in the tranquility of a beautiful garden and artistic architecture. So much more unique than a hotel and the same price! They have also a similar hotel with apartments for less money which is around the block. Check it out too! Itโ€™s called Grand Gables. We stayed there 4 times :)

Very quiet relaxing place. Yes it's need some updating and some TLC, however it is worth the money in its current state. If you want Marriott you should go pay Marriott prices ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ. I enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. Thank You
