It's a three-star hotel with a small pool and good, friendly service, a great breakfast and pretty good food overall. The rooms can feel a little bare and we did have some trouble with ill-fitting bedding. Overall, I recommend checking prices, as you may be surprised to pay the same as at better CBD hotels

It is clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Stay on the third floor or higher, the rooms are a little bigger. You can get basic singles to apartments with kitchens.

Never busy but service is always slow or non existent. No one seems to care, you have to actually flag or call them over and it will still take them about 15 minutes to get to you. Thereafter you still have to look for them to get service. Food is barely good, average depending on the day and server, they can't be bothered. Service is prime, if only they could get good service and I would consider getting a drink there.

It is a budget hotel that has swimming pool and one nice hall to hold up meetings. The rooms are plain and not all rooms have a TV set. They do have lovely meals especially their charcoal grill meats and chicken are sumptuous.

Affordable accommodation rates given that it is in the heart of Nairobi City.

Great place for meetings and trainings. Good service and meals. Rooms are also very affordable and proximity to the city and other areas makes it a very convenient place to be. Definitely consider here if you're passing through Nairobi on a budget.

I spent a few weeks here a few years ago. I was part of a group and i did remember that we enjoyed it a lot being in the city center. The food was pretty good and diverse. we never get bored of it. The staff was helpful and they got us good adresses, recommendations and all what a new arrived tourist will need.

The food and the ambience of the hotel is breathtaking. The waiters/ waitress are pathetic. They take ages to come take your order. One thing to look out for is the bill, the waiters tend to write the bill on piece of paper where they add they own prices instead of giving out the actual bill.
