Room's are bit small. Keeping luggage in order is a bit difficult. Rooms on the upper floors are good as you can see the view of the city and also outside noise is less. House keeping service is good. Staff is excellent, very helpful. Location is also good.

It's a good hotel with a price of 5000 shillings.All of the staff members including those at security and reception are warm and pleasant. Rooms are bit small and clean,the location is good but Breakfast doesn't have much options, showers are good, but sometimes there is an issue with hot water in the morning & In my room, there is a problem with the sink's drainage & the elevators take so long to arrive

I love the Brook Lounge because it's chilled and cozy. A place you can relax and zone out without distraction, with a nice view of the CBD. You can actually have virtual meetings there, it's very chill.

The hotel is located in Central Business District. Regardless of being in a busy area it is still quite. No disturbances around. The staff are generally polite and helpful. The breakfast option is limited but we'll it is a low cost hotel. My single room was tiny... too small I would say.

Location is in CBD, the hotel room was smelling cigarettes and is much smaller than in the pictures. It does not even have a table to work on. The bathroom was clean though. Hotel staff are very welcoming and accomodating.

Two things bothered me about this place. Breakfast is really bad, i have never seen a “buffet” be that bad. Keycards dont freaking work. I had to go to the lobby at least twice a day because my keycard stopped working and since all the workers use the same elevators to move everything around the hotel, waiting for the one elevator can be a pain.

This is the best location to not just see but experience Nairobi Kenya....and my view,amazing!

It's a small but nice hotel in the city centre with good access to everything. The rooms are good and food is okay. However the staff will hop on any opportunity to make their own extra money and charge exorbitant by offering middleman services for currency exchange , outdoor food orders or to show you around.

Amazing lounge and great customer service. Very silent, great security and amazing features. If you're looking for cool and cossy, this is the place. Drinks are too notch too. What stands out is the excellence that surrounds it.
