This is the best place to be. Chef Dan and Kevin are the best in making pizza. The service from Faith, Fortunate, Mourine and Sheilah is on top. I will always recommend Clarence. I like the swimming pool are the most. The gym is also the good , without forgetting Timothy at the reception, very welcomeing. The security team are very welcoming. I must also recommend the IT guy Philip for solving Wifi issues in my apartment. Clarence is the best.

We went on a Sunday, the swimming area was crowded then add loud music. The swimming pool is quite a hit since it’s surprisingly quite warm. Anyway, The food is not a good deal, tiny portions. Anyway the restaurant seemed very good and with rooms for small functions.

We loved everything about Clarence hotel. I had taken a group of muslim women for swimming and requested for privacy, they gave us all the privacy we needed. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much, we are now regular clients.

Was great with good food and best services offerred by Asenawa was really great and chef Dancun and Maramba they cooked delicious meals especially the pasta we couldn't resist for more. The supervisor on duty Mourine had great Supervision with everything intact. Will sure be here again

One of the best hotel apartments in Nairobi. Their stellar customer service won me over. Their staff are especially kind to everyone and ever so ready to help. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. They treat everyone with respect, both kids and adults are treated as the most valuable guests. A special shoutout to Keith, on the rooftop restaurant who was particularly kind to my 5 children who did not understand English. But he was ever so patient making their stay in Nairobi extremely memorable. I would definitely stay back again, thank you for treating us so well.

I stayed in a studio room and then two bedroom and found them to be clean, well maintained and comfortable. I really enjoyed the gym with trainers on site, and dining at the roof top restaurant with the lovely view. The meals were delicious and the serving staff is very friendly and attentive. Location-wise, I was able to walk to a mall and coffee shops and found the location near many restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again in the future.

Located at within Westlands in a quiet neighborhood. Has a heated swimming pool which is good for kids. The restaurant is located at 7th floor with nice refreshing views in the neighborhood. Good for relaxation with some good music. Food is good but there is only one downside: you may need to exercise your gift of patience🙆. We arrived at 2pm, ordered food immediately, but food was brought at 4.30pm!! Then with kids it's even worse,, Clarence Hotel, pleaase!!!

Sharing a few observations I have made availing personal training services here: Firstly, instructors tend to bog you down by suggesting to take personal training sessions with them. I took a month worth of personal trainer sessions. Despite setting a time to workout, my trainer tend to disappear very often making working out challenging especially when you need someone to spot you given the outdated equipments. He took a weeks vacation and already pushed me for next months payment without offering to make up. They could be more professional than this.

Great space for small parties. Has small rooms that you can edit to your preference.
