The food here is absolutely delicious!!! The pumpkin soup was so good, I've never had it like this anywhere else. For vegetarians, they had lentils, rice, and chapatty, all of which was very very tasty. The chef himself was outside serving juice which was a nice touch. Very friendly staff and really good food. Plus outdoor seating that made it even nicer.

Convent is very clean, the showers are nice and hot and the beds are comfortable. The staff is world class! Very friendly and supportive throughout your stay. Each time I come to Nairobi I stay at Convent and they are gracious to print my travel documents for me.

Convent International Hotel provides exceptional conference facilities nestled in a serene, tranquil, lush, and secure setting. The staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality and attentiveness. Moreover, their sumptuous meals were impeccably presented. However, certain areas may require renovation and enhancement; notably, the washrooms seemed dated and limited in space. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for corporate events and training purposes.

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located along Convent Road. The services are very good and particularly tailored the needs of the guests. The customer service is top notch with the customer relations officers spending ample time to check and keep confirming with the guests that their expectations are being met. I particularly liked the serenity of the environment around the hotel, due to the many trees and greenery. It is an ideal location to hold training and conferences.

Convent International Hotel is for business people, conferences are being held here. I experienced first class service, waiters are very polite, I had help managing my luggage. The rooms are not too small, shower and wc is within the room, it is clean, daily room-service. Most rooms don't have balcony, but a colleague of mine even had one. On the side of the compound there is a small garden with lots of exotic plants (well, we were in Africa, so they were not so exotic at all :)) Fresh made Omeletts and pancakes for breakfast, food is very good in general, the house is silent at night, so I had a good sleep - I very much recommend the hotel. Environment: Fenced areas, I was not allowed to leave the hotel on my own, which was in my eyes deeply sad.
