Rude staff who choose to follow you everywhere. I was busy shopping and some male attendant followed me throughout the entire store for no reason. Wouldn't recommend. You're better off going to a different store.

Chandarana Ridgeways... Mentioned for dramatic effect... A 5 star shopping experience... The best collection of wines I have come across in Nairobi... YET. Pleasant staff. Very efficient human traffic management at the multiple tills... Amazing variety for each item... The meat counter will get you A grade meat but you will pay a small premium... The place (the mall that houses it) is well labelled right from the entrance (you do not need to ask where the ATMS and the washrooms are...). This supermarket is complemented by a very classy pastry shop at the entrance... a pizza and ice cream shop to the right of the entrance... three banks... ATMS... an all under the sun shop called House of Leather and many other establishments. The mall does not charge parking... YET... and this is an attraction. This review is about Chandarana but the whole location is awesome... You can shop for groceries and etc at Chandarana, do banking, use auto express for servicing your car, get a pizza and buy a trip for the family at the travel agency across its exit. All unrelated but they make it a joy to walk around inside and outside the supermarket. Two thumbs up...

Frequently buying stuff there, if the service or staffers are not good, I wouldn't be returning customer.
