1. It's always stocked so you won't lack what you came for. 2. It's wheelchair accessible. The aisles are spacious enough to move around. 3. It's well arranged. I hate supermarkets that mix up items. 4. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The customer service is good when it comes to handling and package. The prices are relatively lower than competititors.

The fittings and design of this particular Naivas outlet are outstanding. It is clear that this store is focussed more on farm produce than packed foods right from the moment you enter it. The use of natural earthy colours throughout the fresh food section is very appealing and pleasant to the eye. Mind you, produce is in plenty and the staff are helpful, right from the security officers at the entrance. Unlike other supermarkets, I discovered that this particular one has a seating area where one can enjoy the ready made meals that are on sale. Quite unique.

What I love about this supermarket is the free open spacious and ample parking. The supermarket also has very fresh fruits and vegetables. However, the supermarket is not very big and you are unlikely to get more than just gloceries. What I dont like about this supermarket is that staff are not very friendly. The most irritating thing is that staff chat between themselves as they serve you.

I was at the cafeteria, absolutely amazing. A quiet place to work and enjoy some food.

Poor service at the Hotdog stand. It took me 30 minutes to get a hotdog made even when there was no one on the queue ahead of me I had to literally beg after paying for someone to come make the hotdog. When I demanded a refund after waiting for 10 minutes, is when someone suddenly came to prepare the hotdogs. Even after that she starts serving randomly without any thought of a queue. Just picking random receipts. What a joke.
