Naivas would be perfectly great since everything looks fresh and clean. The only part they could improve is keeping all tills working, leaving just two in the morning and letting customers queue in those two for more than 20 mins ain't a good experience especially when you are picking something on your way to work or school. You'll definitely be late.

For the first I was disappointed by your customer service, I bought a fridge last week and I wanted to carry it, it took one hour for clearance then they told my driver to carry the box for the fridge n pack it on the pick up.
