Great coffee shop in Kileleshwa. The food is delicious and the staff areveryfriendly and helpful. There's a car wash next to it, so it's always a good spot to stop by even when you want to get your car cleaned.

I’ll give a review on the service, ambience and the drinks because I didn’t have a meal there when I visited. The three mentioned are great! The happy hour offer they have on their cocktails is quite good, and the cocktails themselves are 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 The parking is limited, although I guess this is in order to push guys to have their cars washed😅 there’s even an entrance into the restaurant from the car wash. All in all, I’d recommend anyone to have a try!

TLDR : it's an Ok place but I wouldn't go there to eat personally, not for those prices. It's nice for drinks perhaps but not for a meal. When I arrived I was promptly seated which was nice, the ambience of the place is pretty ok if you're a young to middle age adult (who I assume is their target demographic). I had my hand raised for 5 to 10 mins just to get a waiter's attention after I had my order ready this was despite the fact that half the establishment was empty on that particular day. My wife ordered a steak which was nice and i ordered beef short ribs....now maybe this was just me, but when you order short ribs what comes to your mind?....probably like a few short ribs either in a stack or single, slow roasted and covered in some sort of BBQ sauce or something..but no......what came was 3 seriously SHORT ribs that were in a bowl of beef broth....and my word were they tough. I mean like seriously tough....I was struggling to get through it with a knife. Lastly, whoever decided their menu had some seriously poor choices, the steaks, grilled chicken and I'm assuming the other mains as well have a single accompaniment which is white rice. Who eats a pan fried steak and dry white rice?... I asked if it can come with fries instead and yes it can, if you pay an extra 250....this honestly blew my mind. What Restaurant doesn't allow a change in accompaniment. At least the portions were good Anyway. Go there for drinks perhaps, but definitely not to eat. Have a wonderful day

I frequently visit Willow Garden each time I visit the car wash in the same complex. But my last visit was horrible - we ordered a plate of masala fries and unfortunately the food had many glass shards in it. We promptly notified the team as soon as we discovered the shards, luckily, we had not swallowed any pieces (as far as we are aware) and quickly spit out the food. Please note, we had already bit into and broken one of the glass shards. We did not receive an apology from the team. They were very nonchalant about what had happened and could not even explain the source of the glass shards. We paid for the rest of the food but declined to pay for the masala fries owing to the horrible experience. But the most annoying part was when the manager Esther approached us on the way out to inquire if we had paid for the specific meal, without any apology or acknowledgement of the potential health implications of what had occurred. She was forcing us to pay for the meal, again, without any remorse or acknowledgement of what had taken place. She even had the audacity to mention that the establishment has health insurance to cater for such eventualities, the audacity! What if we swallowed the glass? What if we broke a tooth? Our takeaway: poor customer service skills to manage dissatisfied customers, an establishment that prioritises money over customer satisfaction and most importantly serious concerns about their food quality and standards. I will not be going back and still demand an apology.

The Willow Garden Bistro is on a compound with a car shine center, laundry and others. The place is a nice quiet and cosy place with a friendly staff and good food. I had a nice dish with chicken slices and plantains. Recommend it

I went to this restaurant on Tuesday for buy1 get1 crape day. I tried chicken and cream crape and ham and cheese crape. The crapes were much smaller than I expected. But I couldn’t finish them because it was very oily. I wouldn’t want to pay 650 for 1 crape. And about the pork ribs, it was very very different from the picture on the menu. Tastes not bad but not good. Good thing of this restaurant is they have so many kinds of drinks on the menu.
