Went to the den, the food was delicious very very well done and all on the menu was good. The establishment has sought to pick itself from the attack incident with reinforced security. Customer service is great which is expected as it's a high end space, great location, good ambience. Great for date nights, intimate dinners and small group dining.

The restaurant is stunning, and had very calming/peaceful background sounds. The food was extraordinary and they have a varied menu. A great place to have work dinners, or dates. It gives off quite a wealthy feel. There isn't much parking, so it may be better if you have a driver instead of your own car.

I love taking my wife here for dinners (you can say it is a bit of a romantic place). They have awesome hamburgers and smoked pork ribs. The service is really good. The place has a very modern upclass look to it. I haven't stayed here but I have checked out the rooms. They look pretty top notch.

I have been trying to call the hotel for the past 3 days to make a booking and no one picks up the phone. They don't have a website even. And e mail doesn't work.. I find this very disappointing and Incredibly unproffesional

Tight security and wonderful hospitality

It was the Tapas And Artcaffe Restaurant for me. The food at Tapas was amazing. , I love everything about the place especially the food, so affordable!👍 💯🙌 Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful 👏

Was at Pistachio Restaurant yesterday for a work thing.Most businesses were closed due to the current lockdown situation in Nairobi. However I would like to give it a try once they open

Great place for an evening chill

What a great location & addition to the chain. Really enjoyed it. The staff, like all Kenyans, are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms are spacious & comfortable & amenities are great. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

The bar is great. Service staff excellent and food was delicious though the servings could be a little bigger. The outside area was very cold but they brought out some patio heaters. The beer was chilled perfectly and the wait staff were on hand to refresh without hovering on my table. Enjoyed my time and will come back when I can.

Love it. The rooms, dinning and food are great. The Thai menu is to die for. The prices are not so bad for around USD 40 a meal & drink. Don't mind tipping.... The facility is in top notch standard.. Try it.

Really beautiful place, well decorated and clean. The service was abysmal though - very disappointing really. The food presentation was good but it came out 75min late. I really had no appetite for it anymore. My companions were also disgruntled by the service.

A beautifully designed stunning hotel, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and restaurant options were great too. The hotel has many luxurious amenities too; Spa, Gym etc. Would love to come back here again.

The hotel is located in a very awesome community within the city of Nairobi a few minutes from the CBD. They have very good ambience, service, security is very good and the staff is very professional. The food and accommodation is simply world class. One can also access a number of services from financial, transport to beauty all within the vicinity of the hotel.
