Henry is not honest in his business. I had been his client for over 6 months. I sent him money by mistake and he refused with it. After much follow up for months he paid half. I got tired of following him and let the money remaining just go.

Henry is a very friendly person, his staff as well. As a beginner in fitness, I was quite embarrassed by the weights I was lifting, but the whole staff made me comfortable. There are also plenty of equipment which ensures varieties of training methods.

Nice gym with ample equipment and good staff.

Awesome experience with dedicated Aerobics instructors. They keep time and you start whether alone or not

Very nice and clean gym. The staff are really wing to help you with your challenges and inquiries. The also have almost all the equipments except for a trend mill. It's a very good place to start your workout journey and with the wide range of opening times, it accommodates a wide range of people . You can also inquire from their office if you need an instructor for your work outs. Having music gives no room for distractions and thus one can focus on their personal journey. What I would like to say to you is that, if you're thinking of working out, just do it. Just start and you'll see how health and in peace your mind will be. Just start slow and with time, you'll know how your body adapts to different exercises.
