The service of this hotel was amazing, as soon as we got to the hotel we had staff helping us take our suitcases to the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a breakfast buffet which also had wonderful service from the staff, especially from Aidid who helped us throughout. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be going back very soon.

AMAZING Hotel ! Very Clean with Spacious Rooms, with Tea and Coffee facilities en suite. If you are travelling with a Family, They have 2 adjoining rooms with a lockable access door connecting the two.. Their Service was Absolutely Impeccable , the Staff were so Welcoming and efficient from the excellent Reception Lady to the Laundry and Restaurant Staff to the Security Staff/ Doormen and literally bent over backwards to accomodate our requests including arranging a wake up call and organising transport to the Airport for an early morning flight . The Restaurant was open from 6 a.m. serving an extensive Buffet Style service which included eggs , sausages, not to mention their Yummilicious and mouthwatering Pancakes,,(Am literally drooling on the keyboard as I'm typing this,Lool). Fresh fruit and juices to titillate your discerning tastebuds,,,,,Man, those Pancakes!,,,Gotta go back for those! Their prices are very reasonable and the Hotel is a Professionally run place that would put many equivalent European Hotels to shame! This is an honest unbiased review from a 1st time vistor and cannot wait to travel and stay at this Wonderful Hotel again...Hats off to all the Staff @ RAZANA HOTEL..would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a Brilliant hotel to stay near the Airport!

Great view of the city. The food is a 10/10

Rooms are super spacious! Cosy and lovely. All amenities available. Breakfast 😋🥞. Special orders are welcomed. The rain shower can cheat you to staying under it for longer than you should. It is an amazing place to visit. There's no much of a view from the windows due to construction from the backside but I bet from the front and side one can get a view of the estate it's in. Customer service is commendable! The waiters are at your beck and call and very ready to serve.

A good Affordable hotel mostly for people enroute to JKIA.

As the name indicates this is an Islamic hotel. You will not find a bar. There is no liquor store nearby. Food was ok. Wifi speed is good. Rooms are good.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it for 2 night one before and one after the safari and it exceeded our expectations. Room were spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Great customer service, they let us leave our big bags there for 4 days and complimentary check in early/check out late. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and it was convenient to have as we didn’t want to go to the center every time to eat. We loved the breakfast!! Walking distance ATMs/bank. No complaints whatsoever.

Great hotel close by the airport! Great price and very spacious room! Comfortable too. I had a fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, water bottles. Great view of Nairobi downtown! It is a bit noise outside but nothing major! They accept card and have a good restaurant on the ground level! Front desk helped me with a taxi to airport @2am (2000KES) driver was punctual and very kind (+254796932425). Highly recommended for a great rest!

Located along the Mombasa road highway and convenient for travelers on transit. Good location for easy access to CBD, airport or the SGR Terminus. Rooms are clean and spacious. Was given room near the driveway so it was not quiet. Didn't like their food. Also note their kitchen closes quarter to 10Pm and so getting food past this time Is difficult. The entrance to the hotel looks unsafe but it is really safe.

Good value for money, nice rooms. Great hotel to stay in for when you arrive in Kenya, before or after a safari trip! We stayed here three nights in total, 2 when we arrived in Kenya, before we went to Amboseli, and 1 when we got back from Mombasa, before we went to Maasai Mara. Restaurant attached to the hotel is nice as well. We recommend the Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken with Naan!

It's the sharp lingering smell of incense on entry, the sparkling clean and delicious meal for a so homely hotel and hideout for business dealings. The only no so positive is waiters/waitresses take their time to attend to you.

Well unless you don't have a vehicle would recommend the place not a place to come with self drive vehicles as you are either blocked or called down to move your car

Only had a one night stay here but it was perfect for us - very close to both the international and Wilson airports which is what we needed. Lots of nearby restaurants, some open late at night. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would recommend and rebook

The room was very nice and clean. But the shower was not hot, barely warm. Good price and it was in a good location as I needed to get to Wilson Airport at 7am. I paid separately for breakfast and it was a bit expensive 1250/ for two fried eggs, toast, coffee and orange juice. The coffee was very weak and looked more like tea. But for location, price, and nice room, it was definitely worth it.

Really liked this hotel. Friendly staff spacious clean rooms. Restaurant great and inexpensive. No bar here but can always stock your own fridge

Best cheese burger i have ever had. Amazing restaurant with an exotic menu traversing asia and europe. Remember the old fish and chips stops in the 80s, they have that, a kashmiri dish, yes THE DOUBLE DECK CHEESE BURGER and more!!
