ABSOLUTELY WORST. Rather pay extra and go to MP Shah or Aga Khan. Won't start attending patients even if it's an emergency, you have to pay first, and the services are extremely slow, took me 2 hours to get to the payment. While attended by the doctor , he left and didn't come back for one hour without any explanation. If it's possible to give it zero stars, I would. Shut down this scam they call it a hospital.

One of the most affordable covid test center. Covid pcr test was sent to by email within 5 to 6 hours after taking the test.

I was there to take cronatest but It takes two hours because they only have 3 or 4 workers and we were more than 50 people, some of the locals do not follow the queue, It was not a good experience. They should have done better.

Am really disappointed, I read so many great reviews about this hospital but I guess it’s not all true, I have been sitting her for hours waiting for a doctor, ask us to come at 8am but until 10am still no doctor, please work on your timings don’t waste people’s time, I would give it a zero star if possible.

I visited the hospital for inquiries about maternity packages. Was shown around the maternity wing and it is clean the staff who was showing us around, Velma, was so friendly. I intend to come and have my bundle of joy there, however, have priority for expectant mothers. I mean, you cannot have a whole pregnant woman with the many issues that come with pregnancy, queueing at the admissions and also at the general inquiries.

I have been admitted in this hospital 4 times now and I'm giving it a 5 star rating because of the nurses that handle the surgical wards on 1st floor...i cannot really recall the names but i remember that on the 27th there was a shift that had this young self driven team that really showed concern and care for the patients we were with there....kindly urge the rest of the crew to look up to these crew because honestly those are very committed nurses . And the kindness just pushes you to get better

Completely disappointed by their services,with an exception of Esther who kept following up on my case.I called the hospital many times to no avail,until she intervened(Thank You Esther)..I noted that inpatients are treated better than outpatients as per my experience on the phone today.A simple query of my diagnosis back in 2019 directed to the outpatient department turned into a moment of being taken round in circles with the emphasis of my personal presence just because i was an outpatient in order to be listened to,even after explaining i am unwell and cannot manage to get there in person,would not recommend them to anyone!!i have also checked the reviews and they are so discouraging,kindly note that quality comes before quantity,calling severally and being taken round and their customer service number is not toll free!!They have the nerve to talk to me about protocol!!! If you think you're going to a hospital think again. I think the City council public toilets are run better than this so called "hospital". They will ask for payment even if it's an emergency case. During an emergency discharge, it took them 5 hours to process a discharge sheet. It's like the computers in the facility are just for cosmetic use. The people attending to you have to walk with files from one point to the other to process anything. I repeat if you have an emergency, Do not risk your loved ones lives taking them to this facility. Furthermore, our patient was stolen from while receiving help from the attendants. Please just go else where.

Coming to work in Kenya from Zambia I've been begging my body not to fall because I wasn't sure how healthcare is handled in Kenya. Was there today tbh, I didn't appreciate the outpatient services. From 1pm yet I was leaving at about 6pm. Services were slow, was sent to the lab and on coming back the doctor who had attended to me wasn't around so the lady there said I had to wait for her. Had to insist on seeing any other available doctor and tbh I was was attended to with lots of attitude. Not planning on ever being back there!

Wendy from finance was the most amazing, efficient and compassionate staff. Thanks Wendy! Night shift Security (so called soldiers) were awful! They asked us to pay them for the sheet that was covering the dead body. Only then did they become cooperative and helpful. Any genuine charge should be included in the bill. I'd have awarded 5 stars if it wasn't for the Pharm and Security teams.

Doctors offer great service. I honestly think TNWH can do better with outpatient service. You keep being sent back and forth for billing before you get your tests done. By the time you get results the clinic is closed and you have to come the next day. Hell if you came on a Friday.

Very poor service hospital. Lab tests which should take 30 minutes took 2 hours 30 minutes despite being the only patience at 1am. No physical examination for child like other hospitals which observe the mouth, ears, palpate stomach etc. Their medicines for pain killer doesn't work. Temp for my child didn't drop despite IM paracetamol. Billing things that are not used. Doctors doesn't won't to share lab results with patients for clarity. Remember some patients are doctors kindly.

I got excellent care from Dr Wendy and the nurse(forgot her name) at Sky Clinic yesterday. Also Nurse Moses at Casualty was very kind.

Service was okay. Went there on a Sunday and got sorted within an hour. Consultation fee was sh 1050 only to see a general doctor. 100% would recommend this hospital.

I visited the hospital on 6.12.2023. I was there by 8. The lady at registration desk counter 2 from the left, was friendly and quick. I saw the specialist at 10. I was sent to the pharmacy. I waited for more than 2 hours to be served. I was prescribed 2 types of drugs. The lady at counter 2 at the pharmacy section informed me they only have one type and I told her ok but she was to give me a prescription for the other so that I source elsewhere. I paid Kes 3,200 for the one available. All my services I was paying via insurance I waited for medicine I paid for until I asked what was happening. Only for them to reveal to me they only had 8 tablets in store instead of 30 tablets. A whole hospital selling things they don't have? Finally I left the hospital without authenticated prescription. Did I waste my more than 4 hours only to pay for consultation only? I will be forced to seek assistance elsewhere.

Came to NWH on 6th Jan 2024 having been referred here for head CT..the registration desk process was good,I had to wait for 1hr 40minutes to be seen by a doctor, despite having a. Trauma on my left ear..the doctor send me for the CT scan..the registration desk lady told me that my report would be ready the same day,only to be told that the report will be ready the next day..on to come and be told that they are not sure at what time it would be ready

Today we are only three at the pharmacy and I have waited for 1 hour to get meds..the other time I waited for 3 hrs...not to mention you don't even have the strength to wait.
