Completely
disappointed
by
their
services,with
an
exception
of
Esther
who
kept
following
up
on
my
case.I
called
the
hospital
many
times
to
no
avail,until
she
intervened(Thank
You
Esther)..I
noted
that
inpatients
are
treated
better
than
outpatients
as
per
my
experience
on
the
phone
today.A
simple
query
of
my
diagnosis
back
in
2019
directed
to
the
outpatient
department
turned
into
a
moment
of
being
taken
round
in
circles
with
the
emphasis
of
my
personal
presence
just
because
i
was
an
outpatient
in
order
to
be
listened
to,even
after
explaining
i
am
unwell
and
cannot
manage
to
get
there
in
person,would
not
recommend
them
to
anyone!!i
have
also
checked
the
reviews
and
they
are
so
discouraging,kindly
note
that
quality
comes
before
quantity,calling
severally
and
being
taken
round
and
their
customer
service
number
is
not
toll
free!!They
have
the
nerve
to
talk
to
me
about
protocol!!!
I
would
give
them
a
rate
of
0
but
it
is
impossible
to
post
without
rating
them,consider
my
comment
a
0
rate!!!
