Karen Dental has definitely become my go-to clinic ever since I started coming here two years ago. They’re so professional from the minute you call to book an appointment, to the minute that you leave. The receptionist Loyce is very sweet and helpful. Dr Shah is very patient and professional, she takes time to explain everything that she’s doing and make sure that you understand the whole process which is very rare in doctors. The whole environment is welcoming and it makes going to the dentist a lot less daunting than it can be. Definitely recommend!

Great services and affordable. Was recommended by a colleague. They take most insurance. Clean work space and Dr Henna took the time to fully explain each procedure + post care, which makes going to the dentist less scary. Good follow up too from the general team who make sure you don't miss your appointment + easily reachable on the phone for clarification. Highly recommend!

Dr. Henna Shah is exceptionally professional, problem solving and attentive to the letter. You can tell that she is very passionate about her work and would often go deep into explaining research findings while breaking down the procedure to you. Both myself and children felt very safe as her patients. She makes regular follow ~ ups to check on progress and most importantly, is careful to know if there are any complaints which she would happily fix. I have never been committed to using Electric toothbrushes and also using Dental Floss on my teeth, but Dr. Shah effortlessly encouraged me to and I can never look back. Thank you. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah at the clinic and I look forward to seeing her career progressing higher and higher!

Courteous front desk staff, dental assistants, cleanliness and punctuality with appointments. Dr Shah goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and understand the procedure she's doing. She's good with kids too.

Today was my second visit for normal check up and cleaning. I must admit this is the best facility in all Karen. The customer service is warming and the practitioners (I was attended to by Dr. Shah) are patient with you, and they do an excellent job! Oh, and their systems are spot on, in my two visits there were no queues and if your appointment is at 2PM, you get served on time. Surprisingly, I was attended to by Dr. Shah both times and she keeps memory of your history. I highly recommend the facility.

Had to get a new dentist after moving and the staff was super welcoming, appointment was on time and they accepted my insurance which most practices don't. Dr.Shah who did my cleaning was great and made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time...highly recommended
