I regularly drink their coffee, which is fine. But their sandwiches are just a notch above disgusting. Every once in a while I convince myself to try their sandwiches again. I've done so about a half-dozen times. For Ksh 450 I expect a sandwich that isn't 2 days old. Always hard old crusts, drying and crusty edges on the cheese, and not very nice flavor. For comparison the NAS Servair sandwiches are much better. The sell by date is 3 days after the pack date. Come on guys, this is not how to run a business. Responding to the owner: There's no feature for replying in thread so perhaps you could leave a contact. The branch I'm referring to is Mirage. A 2-day window for selling sandwiches is not what I would call QC.

Amazing & therapeutic city view from the 24th Floor of the panoramic 360° rotating restaurant. Top notch customer service. The food is amazing, try baked mushroom cappuccino soup(starter) & the lamb shank(main course) it's delicious. Point to note you should reserve a table in advance. Perfect for dates. The views at night are beautiful, towering above the city while revolving was absolutely magical. The food was also great although the mash was cold but they were nice enough to warm it up for us.

My fiancé took me out for my birthday dinner and we enjoyed amazing meals and drinks, as well as an amazing rotating view. Fear not - it takes one hour for a complete revolution of the restaurant, but make sure you mark your table if you go to the toilet, because it surely won't be where you left it when you get back!

To be honest I am a bit disappointed… For those who wanna enjoy the skyline of Nairobi, it is the best place to come (best around sunset, you will have an amazing view). But food is just ok, dessert is better than main.

One of the best restaurants I've ever visited. They are very accommodating for dietary restrictions (gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance). The food is served fresh and hot! We had appetizers, main courses and desserts every evening. Add in the revolving view of the beautiful city of Nairobi, it seals the deal for the best all around.

Very good restaurant, definitely the best I visited in Nairobi! The setting is very nice and cozy with a limited number of tables. But the rotating concept is amazing and you get a 360 view of the city and its surroundings. Food wise it was amazing! We had the eggplants with feta starter and it was fresh and rich. We also had the grilled calamari and it was sublime! Probably the best squid i ever had, it was meaty and fresh and cooked perfectly. For entree we had the lamb shank, it was cooked well and was rich and juicy. Overall very good experience and food! Highly recommended

One of the best restaurants to dine in and have a party or sth. Best to reserve a table. Though they are very accomodating too. The hotel revolves so you get to enjoy diferent views as you eat. The meal portions are quite good. I had the beef thing starter. That portion on itself is like a meal. The rest are quite good too. The desserts are very tasty too. For the ambience, the view, the food, the service, the drinks, i would say its worth every penny. Ofcourse it has wifi.

went to this restuarant yesterday for lunch. the food was delicious and very much local tasting. the staff was very friendly to us and they helped us very much to deicde what our tastes are like based on the type of meat in the meals. because i am a muslin, i do not eat pork, so it was very helpful to have some staff guide me through what not to eat.

The View of Westlands and Upperhill Nairobi from this place is spectacular! It was my first time at this rotating restaurant and I really loved it. Watching the sunset and night setting in was a breathtaking experience. Service was good and prices were reasonable . Wasn’t able to have a meal as I was just from having a late lunch but my friend’s red snapper was great. I loved the complementary olives and the roasted tomato purée that came with the bread. My cappuccino was nice.

I was there on 11th Aug for Birthday dinner. The starters were okay. The mains were terrible. We had rack of lamb and it was way too salty and had to send it back then waited another 30 to 40 mins. The waiter did not offer any alternative. We had pasta and asked it spicy but it was so bland and too much oil. The service was too slow. We lost the appetite waiting and didn't even finish the food and wine. Overall, the view and the ambient is great. But the food and service were terrible.

It used to when it opened but seems they have changed the chef or something… Overall its a nice restaurant, great service and the city skyline views at a 360 rotation isn’t disappointing. Need a reservation too before you go. Note: the kitchen closes at 9pm. If your reservation is at 8:30 be there on time to have room to check the menu.

A classy restaurant, although the kitchen should pay more attention, given the cost of the dishes, you cannot serve a risotto that looks like mashed potatoes. For the rest everything is normal, if it weren't for the turntable, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Dinner while enjoying the 360 views of Westlands. Our experience was memorable. Look out for Roasted Pork Loin and Beef Cheek Ragout. I believe their prices change with different seasons. The prices we got for the festive season were not what you see on the EatOut website when booking a reservation.
