My favorite cocktail place in Nairobi . The cocktails are top tier and their happy hour deal is almost too good to be true. I love the art, the music and the convenient location. I’ve loved this place since I discovered it in 2019 and I have really enjoyed introducing all my friends to it. I really loved the sliders, I hope they bring them back. I don’t know what the red sauce that came with my steak was, but it was the truuuuth. Ask for it and thank me later.

It is a well designed beautifully lit place. The food is priced reasonably and has a great ambiance. Food was cooked fresh and was served with little waiting time. The place has ample seating, nice music and art over to give it a good feel all around. Would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy art music and good food all in one place.

Quite a unique dining experience in the heart of Nairobi! The place is an art gallery, restaurant and bar all fused into one lovely creative space! I absolutely loved the interior decor, the food , the cocktails and the exquisite service. If you love art and food, you'll definitely fall in love with The Collective! The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The Hotel is one of the hidden gems next to Alliance franchise and goethe institute. It is on View park towers, ground floor. Food is sumptuous and well done. Service is also 10/10 and the Art gallery infused into the restaurant makes this a rather unique place to have a dining experience. It is also not crowded and trust me, you will have a good time. I vouch for this place

My friend held her baby shower event there and it was lovely. The food served was really good and the waiters were friendly. When you make reservations early, they can make adjustments I'm their food and drinks to fit your taste and preferences

This place is definition of art. It's so full of eye candy. The setting caters for everything:Dinner dates, evening chills and meetings. Their cocktails are literally lit.Their services are exceptional

The service is at it’s absolute best. The staff were friendly, fast, efficient and professional. My waiter was Salim. He did a fantastic job. The food is good, well presented, okay quantity but a bit pricey for an everyday restaurant. I had the Norwegian salmon with a side of mash potatoes and spinach. I had two margaritas which were very well done. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, I absolutely loved the art. My favorite piece was the painting of the hands playing the piano upstairs. The lighting is a little too harsh. It may be dark during the day, I reckon, but they could tone down at night to make the place a little warm. Would I go back? Definitely! Would I recommend it to others? Yes!

Such a lovely place! You wouldn't even know the size when you're outside. Cocktails are served in a large glass as well.😊That's definitely a plus. Food was good too. Oh and the art! I Loved the art! Would recommend.

The Collective is definitely a place I plan on visiting again and again. The service was excellent! The food was very well made and the cocktails... Oh those cocktails😍 The garlic fries were a big hit in our group. Shout out to our waitress Lucy and Chef Enos. I hear that the music was different from what we experienced recently. I expected instrumental music, but that's not what we got. I suppose the pandemic changed things. However, the DJ definitely understood the assignment. My friends and I really enjoyed the music, and so did other guests that night. The ambience is great, but I thought I'd see more artwork than what was on display. It just seemed like the usual decor found in other restaurants instead of an "art gallery" as promised. Again, things have been different post-pandemic. All in all, I give this place 5 stars because the experience was completely worth it.

The portions in the plate are soo generous, the food is fresh since you order and they start cooking. The room is clean with good music Waiters and Waitresses are clean and have good customer service Such a good place for office, graduation and birthday parties🥰 It has good parking space as well

Great food and very nice ambience. The staff are friendly and offer swift service. Great music 🎶 too. You need to try the cocktails when you are there. It gets abit crowded on Fridays so try and get there early. Comes highly recommend for a date night.

Booked a table for 2 for Valentines day for Ksh 3000 and had the worst experience. Took 40 Mins to get a glass of wine just to be told the white wine is finished. Took another hour to get the starter which was watery butternut soup with no garlic bread. The restaurant manager for the night ignored me as I kept trying to ask where our food was. I ordered a main which they took another 40mins to tell me they dont have. I'm never going back here and do not recommend the service or the food at all.

Quiet place to meet away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi streets

The ambience is great. A chill spot in the hustles of cbd. We had the carbonara and Tbone steak. For drinks, we had a beer and lemonade. The lemonade tastes of spirit with ice. The meat was chewy and half well done, half medium rare🙂 The waiter didn't ask how we wanted it done. The fries portion was small. Not filling at all. I didn't get to finish the carbonara but the portion was generous. It tasted fine. The pricing was fair... Overall a 5/10 for the whole experience. I would recommend not exploring the menu, just stick to what you know.

04 12 23 the service could thoroughly improve. Get table 🔔 s. Had the schezwan chicken w fried rice. This was like a fancy stew & kawa fried rice. Could use original sweet & sour sauce. Not Chinese at all. Please try the meal eg at the Wok, DELICIOUS 😋! Also had the mellon juice. Not bad. Should have asked for some sugar to add. My 'date' enjoyed their T-bone steak & fries

I saw the this place featured on yummy magazine on Instagram and decided to pick it for a date night and it didn't disappoint. The art featured as top notch. The service was great as well as the pizza. What was my highlight was the music 🎶. I felt they knew what i wanted and they just played it. Also the fact that they allowed the audience to get on stage, sing and play their instruments was a great plus. So if you are art and music lovers, this is your place.

I went to The Collective in the afternoon. The welcome was amazing. I found a place to sit and ordered lemon and ginger tea. It was perfect. The menu is a-la-carte. I ordered a pepperoni sandwich and my friend requested off menu. The sandwich was amazing! The music was great too, added to the feel of the restaurant. We went on a Friday, and on Fridays they have a DJ play music in the evening.

One of the best brunches I have been in a long time. This restaurant is simply amazing. The atmosphere is very beautiful, romantic and elegant. Food was delicious and on point, the drinks and cocktails were exceptional, the waiter and the chef were fun and engaging, providing great service. They catered to our requests very well. The music made it even more exciting, would recommend going there for a special event like an anniversary.

I visited this restaurant with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and I loved it! This place is filled with beautiful artwork that is on sale! Furthermore, the ambiance and decor is very very tasteful. I applaud whoever did the interior design work on this place, they nailed it! If you are an art lover then you will definitely love this place. The food was fantastic, the drinks were appropriately strong and the service was impeccable. I also loved how they used locally made items to spice up the place. The creativity is a definite plus especially in the drinks menu. I would definitely go back again. Would 10/10 recommend, especially for date night.

Cool restaurant but poor services. Orders take 1 to 2 hours to be served. Poor communication by staff. If you promise a customer something but realise it's out, come back and communicate that.
