Perfect Place to have chips, chicken, Masala Chips. Seasoning Chips always best I found even coming back to Nairobi after 2.5 years but the garlic mayo sauce I feel lost taste as it was not tasty the way it was before. May be because of the Garlic Mayonnaise brand quality. Hope The Shack will notice it. Otherwise Its best place to eat and atmosphere is awesome.

General comment - good food at a fair price. Specifics:- °Burger and fries was delicious. Portion just right (for me 😊). °Customer service excellent. The staff were friendly, and fast. °It had a small outdoor eating space. °They do take aways too. °For those driving there's available parking at the basement of the building

Let me start with the strengths. The food is good with fair prices and large enough portions. The weaknesses are poor customer service. Our order took too long to come and the food was cold. The burger buns were stale and hard. I dont see myslef coming back anytime soon.

We had the seasoned fries, seasoned fries with extra cheese and barbeque chicken wings🔥 They were so good, even the barbeque sauce yeah. The only downside is the waiting period and also,we had ordered one of the fries with garlic mayo, it wasn't brought. We also ordered a soda, which wasn't brought, you wonder why but the lady at the counter has a warm aura:)So, that's just it but over and above, 4 out of 5, definitely a good joint💃

They told me to wait 20 minutes but it ended up taking over an hour. They kept saying almost. I had already wasted so much time there so I just stayed. Then they packed it for takeaway after all that time and I didn’t say I was taking it away! Ended up eating cold burger and fries so didn’t enjoy it warm. Coleslaw was just too sugary too.

Freshly made, tasty, non messy burgers with soft, sim sim buns. Items on the menu are a bit overpriced for a fast food joint but has value for money glazed, crispy tips (small) chicken wings.

The lack of cutlery takes from the good food. I remember previously you had them, I don't know what happened. Some people simply don't like using their hands... especially not for coleslaw! It's such a turn off. Forks are so CHEAP come on! 🤦 Their overall service is going down.
