I really had a great workout session at this gym located at rhapta.The ambience is quite lovely,peaceful area and the trainers,amazing!!!Definitely worth the membership payment. Wait till you try the spa,you wouldn't want to leave.

Muscle N Motion is a no nonsense gym with excellent facilities (machines, cardio and spacious aerobics studio) and professional, friendly, helpful gym instructors. If you want to get fit, thus is the place to go to on Rhapta Road. I've been going here for the past 6.5 years. I recommend it.
