Great, clean hotel with friendly over the top helpful staff. Security is too notch, and incredibly close to the airport. They do provide a shuttle, and when you walk out of the airport you should see a sign for Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport. Also, they have a fantastic rooftop bar and pool that serves food whenever. It was such a great respite after a 8 hour flight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick place to stay before or after a flight.

This hotel is superb! It is so close to the airport terminals but you can't even hear the planes - very quiet hotel. The staff was wonderful - very professional and accommodating! Staff member Harold was incredibly helpful during our stay! We missed the shuttle to the airport in the morning but staff quickly found another driver to ensure we didn't miss our flight. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying at this amazing hotel!

Great hotel. The welcome staff made me feel really at home. Good rooms, and the air conditioning works really well. I didn't have time to use the spa but heard good things about three facilities. The rooftop pool has a restaurant / bar and it's music gave a good vibe to the pool area. A cake / coffee shop offers delicious sweets. The gift shop i found a bit expensive, but has the essential gifts to bring home. Lunch was a buffet with all the modern Kenyan cooking. Not spicy, the way i like it. A BBQ chef works wonders just outside the dining area that expand tables to outside. And i think I've finished eating more desserts than i would normally. Freshly made.

Only a few minutes drive from Nairobi airport, this hotel was the perfect stop for a quick stay between flights. Great welcome from staff, modern, well appointed hotel. Lovely comfortable rooms. Great security. Great food, with lots of menu choices. Small outdoor pool area and pool bar. Hotel staff all very helpful and give excellent authentic, genuine customer service. Great stay near the airport! The hotel has an hourly shuttle to the terminal or a private chauffeur for 10 dollars to take you anytime. The rooms were quite big and the beds were very comfy :) We also ate at the restaurant and the portions were huge and delicious! I could barely finish my chicken noodle soup and burger.

We had a flight arriving to the airport at 8:40pm and another flight leaving at 4:35am, we were hesitant to stay at an hotel but we needed a good rest for our flight so we decided to stay at Crown Plaza. And we are sooo glad that we did! From the warm welcoming we received from Brain to the 5min shuttle to the airport it was the easiest, shortest but still the best stay. They took care of us very well. The hotel is all things luxury, we had the best shower, ate great food from the room service and slept so good it felt like we slept the whole night, we woke up feeling rested and ready for our long journey. We joked about extending our stay one more week just because of our lovely stay. Everything was perfect, just what we needed. We definitely recommend starting here, especially if you need a good quality rest before your journey. This was the perfect ending to a perfect vacation, thank you very much to everyone who made sure we enjoyed every minute of our short stay.

This hotel is ideal for a brief layover following a lengthy flight, offering a great business-style atmosphere. Despite being in an industrial location, the large gate and fence provide a high level of safety. Once inside, we were able to forget about the surroundings since the hotel provides all necessary amenities. The spacious rooms meet 5-star expectations, with the exception of the view. The friendly and accommodating staff were always on hand to assist. The restaurant provided excellent dinner and breakfast options, with a particularly impressive selection of high-quality pastries available during breakfast.

The hotel is located inside the airport perimeter so every time you go out and you come back to the hotel you have to pass by the airport road check point and go through the personal screening point. It was not convenient for me because I was going out every day. The hotel is very clean and secured and staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The rooms were very clean but the towels had a stale smell which I have complained to the housekeeping about but was not resolved. Overall the hotel was very nice clean and the staff were friendly.

We didn’t actually stay here, but we spent 5 hours on a long layover and it was the best decision ever. The staff were so friendly, particularly the people at concierge who stored our luggage and found us a room to change before our flight. We had the buffet lunch which was also excellent. They had a free shuttle hourly to the airport which was only 5 min away. Highly recommend.

My frequent visits to the hotel has been for the purpose of utilizing the gym facility. I must begin by highlighting the excellent customer service experience I get right from the entrance of the hotel. Special recognition is to a gentleman by the name Steve, the gym instructor. Very professional and respectful in his approach. My interactions with him lets me know how knowledgeable and skilled he is in the line of fitness. The waiters at Kitchen 9 restaurant are so friendly and provided good service to my family. The food was wow! The rooms are clean, modern and safe. Not forgetting the transfer cars from Airport to the hotel so comfortable with amazing drivers. I would say Bravo to the whole team! Looking forward for my next visit in December.

I have interacted with the their GYM and restaurant Kitchen 9, which serves the best meals I have ever tasted. The gym is well equipped and very clean. Their Trainer Steve is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has made my fitness journey something I look forward to every morning. I highly recommend you visit the gym when staying at the hotel.

I accompanied my brother-in-law on his business trip in mid October and I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. I did not expect such professional service from an airport hotel. The check-in was seamless and I would like to commend one of their front desk guys, Milton. He was very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service from the gentleman. 5/5, would stay here again. Rooms were clean with adequate storage space and desk space. Quiet at night. Service was always pleasant. Everyone had a smile on their face and were more than happy to accommodate any of my needs. Location was good. Hotel is situated in the airport complex, and is very close to the terminal. Felt safe at night in the hotel. Has wonderful dining in the hotel, along with an excellent coffeeshop, rooftop bar and swimming pool, and other misc. ammenities. This was one of the worst nights of my trip so far. Currently at the hotel, trying to sleep. I haven’t slept a wink, the noise from the bar on the fourth floor (my room is on the first) is atrocious. I understand the need to have a bar and some music. This was like sleeping in a full on rave. This is supposed to be a well established chain and a hotel next to the airport means most people are here to get a good nights rest either before they travel or once they’ve arrived. It is not a nightclub or hotel that serves the purpose to party all night. If I wanted this I would have stayed at a party hostel for weed smoking hippies. Alongside the poor service at the bar, awful food (I was stuck in the bathroom for quite some time after eating) and the constant switching off the AC after 20 minute intervals; I would rather have slept at the airport. I can pay for a clean room with a bed anywhere. I booked with Crowne for a half decent night. Save your money. Despicable and a horrible start to my year.

Well appointed hotel in its category, I wouldn't say it's a 5 star but relative to cost, it deserves a 5 star. The breakfast spread was very impressive, so was service and rooms. No complaints overall

The hotel is situated in the airport facility, so it is easy to get a good night's rest after your flight or before you travel home as you at the airport within 10 mins. The staff are amazing and very friendly, always a smile. Service can be a little slow at times, particularly if you order food or cocktails. When your food arrives, it is delicious and fresh. The rooms are modern and fresh looking, clean, freshly bedding, and also very comfortable.

We stayed here three different times during our Kenyan vacation this summer. They have some of nicest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in! So friendly and helpful. The rooms were awesome, such a perfect landing place before or after flying. We were under the weather our third night here and I was able to have chicken noodle soup delivered to my room. I will absolutely stay here again if I'm in Nairobi again. My only complaint is that the room keys kept demagnetizing. We had a day room for our fly day since we didn't fly until very late and had to have our key re-magnetized 4 time!

We arrived late in Nairobi and were heading out on safari the next day so this was the perfect overnight stay for us. After getting off a 9hr flight, we greatly appreciated the free shuttle to the hotel which was there waiting for us. Check in was very quick & easy and the gentleman that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. Our room (King Bed Standard) was spacious and the bed was enormous! We slept really well and breakfast was great. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the rooftop pool but it looked great. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and updated. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and it’s very convenient as it is near the airport. The food we ordered for in-room service was absolutely delicious. And the young lady who delivered the food, named Winnie, was professional and so very friendly. I had such a fantastic stay over here in Crowne plaza, the level of professionalism is top notch, the food quality is astounding and oh yea the rooms are just next level. Traveling is so much easier and local transfers are easily accessible and provided by the hotel travel desk team which works tremendously. I really can’t find a fault, except a huge amount of praises to Crown Plaza for giving me a lavish stay. Thank you and I’ll be seeing you soon when I travel back to Kenya.

This hotel is a welcome stay for a long layover in Nairobi. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The decor is elegant with a nice pop of color. I like that the hotel is secure with multiple security features. The rooms and elevator are only accessible to guests. I did have an opportunity to dine in the cafe. The cuisine was delicious and plentiful. The hospitality at this property is wonderful. Great place to hang out when traveling through Nairobi.

Very clean rooms,great service, near to airport and professional staff starting from the main entrance of the hotel up to the comfy rooms. The security is also tight therefore you feel safe,comfortable and relaxed. Before i forget,the massage i got at the spa made my body relaxed after a long business flight from Australia. This is most definitely a luxury hotel. Everything is very high class. The room was excellent and very clean. The room has all the amenities one could want. The restaurant food is without peer. The breakfast buffet has more choices then I could partake of. The only drawback to me is getting to it if you're driving. But the hotel offers a shuttle service every hour on the hour. The hotel also sports a rooftop pool, lounge, and bar. Spa and massage services are also available.

Crownne Plaza Airport has taken extra health and hygiene measures to ensure that your safety is their priority. Free WiFi and free private parking comes in handy. Good food and excellent room amenities. The space in the room was great and soothing, It was really cozy and peaceful and the views were breathtaking, it was very clean and well designed I wished I could stay longer. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. The Front Desk Staff were excellent and special mention to Milton he provided a 5star service and all the necessary details needed.

Great staff. Vegan friendly choices. However if checking out at 5am for an early flight, the staff did make mistakes since it was a group order. I recommend checking with the restaurant manager who is absolutely great. Clean rooms and professional staff.

Great service and super polite, welcoming, conscientious staff. Maseline came daily to clean my room, and although I didn’t need the cleaning I was able to get a fresh towel or more tea if I needed it. The hotel offers a late checkout until 8pm for a fee, which is great if you’ve got a later flight. The food and restaurants worked out perfectly. I was able to focus on laptop work without having to go search for restaurants. The room service was also quite prompt and convenient. Everything was clean and seemed well-maintained. I have no complaints and would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

This is the convenience any Traveller should be looking for. Sumptuous buffet breakfast, spacious secure rooms overlooking Mombasa road. Then Judy. This lovely lady kept asking me “Sir, do you want another cup of coffee? This one is on me”. Did I talk about convenience? Yes no more missed flights because of curling up on Mombasa road traffic. I just don’t know what else to tell you because this is an experience you just have to go and Find out for yourself.
