After an appointment booked 3 weeks ago and confirmed every week until the appointment time, I have this morning, turned up at the appointment time to find all the nurses not available, as in a staff meeting and others on outreach'!!! No one communicates and just told to turn up next week! Terrible service at the vaccination services!!

Slow provision of services, miscommunication between departments especially doctors and lab technicians. There's a dark guy at the lab reception next to cashier 1 I think today night was his first day at work coz he clearly doesn't know what he's supposed to be doing. Very disappointed in the service delivery 👎👎

Very slow service. Some/Most of the nurses are unpleasant and unhelpful.The pharmacy is extremely slow. I spent 6hours for outpatient services. The doctors are really nice and professional. But everything else 👎

Wonderful hospital. Systems run so smoothly, like clockwork. Kind doctors, and nurses, except the gynecology nurses(very very rude.) Forgot to have my claim form stamped and the chief Pharmacist went back to the doctor on my behalf to get it stamped. Clean place, organised, satisfying service, I could go on and on. I've only ever had two negative experiences, so I'll give it a 4/5. Easily the best hospital in Nairobi.

Casualty is a mess. You have to queue several times just to make payment instead of the doctor including everything in the request so that you just queue once!! Worst experience

I had awful experience with this hospital where I had to wait three hours to get my son checked after getting appointment. There is no sufficient chairs to set. The staff is careless. I strongly advice to avoid this place!!!

The hospital is clean and we'll maintained, it's well organized, I'd like to commend all the staff's I interacted with they were so kind and helpful from the security guards, cleaners, administration,nurses and doctors...I must say kudo's and keep up the good work....the only issue that disturbed me is the no photos policy my thoughts is that it should be allowed under some circumstances for memories and also for content creation. Since we're in the digital era.

World class hospital, best above all they have a prayer room for both male and female Muslim faithfuls... You never have to worry about missing your prayers as you wait to get attended

This is a five star hospital. Home away from home. The food, treatment, environment and services here are worth your money. The Doctors, Nurses, staff and security guards are all friendly and ready to help. Especially Dr. Timona Obura (best Gynaecologist) Dr. Simon, Nurse Joram, Nurse Peter, Nurse Valentine and Nurse Rosemary Keep up with the same spirit.

Best hospital I have ever experienced. The attention, the detail and explanation of things, procedures was amazing. Keep it up!

I've been here a couple of times and I have brought my family members too. The services are excellent, not to mention that the doctors are very skilled. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the systems are so slow, even when the queues are not long. When you come here carry a snack and a book because it will likely be a whole day affair. Woe unto you if you have to go to the pharmacy. It is also significantly more expensive than other hospitals but I guess that's the price we pay in Kenya for quality services.

Is this the best you can do for Dr. Fazal and the patients of AKUH? This is not a sight that should be seen on any hospital grounds! Correct this AKUH!
