Bad reception, rude receptionists who don't care. Slooooow service, only one doctor, the rest are loitering around shouting all over. I just had to leave with no service after hours of waiting...Don't waste your time.

Had an emergency with a very ill infant. Was kept waiting for long at the waiting bay as the clinician was only one and in the wards. The lab technician couldn't draw blood from my baby and kept casually piercing the baby amid shrieks from the little one. The results came with most parameters lacking reference range and none had interpretation. The clinician who was supposed to assist was rude and short-tempered and refused to answer any questions that we asked regarding the results. He even went to a point of telling us off to look for another facility to get assistance despite paying a consultation fee of Kes 500 and Kes 3,000 for lab test ( CRP/TBC). This was the night of Christmas Day this year when we all should be caring and loving esp the medical fraternity. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the well-being of their loved ones.

Veeeeery slow services. Left with my wife after 3hrs of waiting after paying the consultation fee. No space at all. The waiting area can't even hold 10 people. Rude receptionist. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

This hospital is the best. I delivered my baby here and I was over satisfied with their services. The doctors and nurse all working around the clock to ensure safe delivery. Going to Juja Road Hospital was the best decision I ever made and next baby I'll go there again. Thank you for serving us to the best of your knowledge. That team was just God sent

The ladies at the reception are very unprofessional na maringo mingi. Secondly,this doctor by the name Dr Shadrack Too very arrogant and feel of himself hataki kuulizwa maswali,ukimuuliza anakasirika like a class four kid. Shame on you

I beg you all, please do not take your wife to this hospital. It is worse than the infamous Pumwani. The female nurses are rude. The services are pathetic. Woe unto you if she undergoes an "emergency C.S". They do not care about the patients, all they want is money.

Don't try and visit this hospitals if you truly love your family and newborns to be. Afriend's kid is living with celebral palsy because of negligence from this hospital. Kindly stay away plz plz

UNPROFESSIONAL! 😡🤬 Brought infant for check up after developing a fever ...The Clinician WITHOUT any further check up or tests or anything prescribed an antibiotic by word of mouth....from there I just knew ....was gonna go straight to another hospital. A friend advised me to consider this hospital but the reviews have totally discouraged me.

You go their at your own risk,,some nurses soo rude and inhuman ...we consider a maternity hospital having a NICU this does not have..so no need of risking your angels my dear mums

The workers at this hospital are very inefficient. I have been waiting to see the doctor for more than five hours and every time asked the receptionist about the reason, she was telling you are next. I would not recommend any patient to visit this clinic. If you do so, be ready sitting there for long hours with no treatment at the end

Was recommended to by a friend but wouldn't advise anyone to come here. First, no enough parking. I was asked to find my own parking. Second, services are too slow and the guard in charge is quite rude. I'll not be visiting again!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

I love the hospital for clinic but emergency services are poor I walked in feeling really bad not to attend clinic but to just see a doc markyou I was feeling terrible..I tried explaining this to the receptionist but all she could say was' kaa chini line ni mrefu' I pleaded with her but she wasn't moved. I am never going to this place again and I will not recommend it if this is how patients are treated...

Very poor ... It's a business not a hospital They give you pills that make you go through intense pain so that the last outcome is to do a Cesarean delivery (C-section)..the earn more from doing so , Not recommend at all. Unreliable services

I called the facility ahead of my visit and got a very rude customer care rep. Answered calls, but kept chatting with colleagues and left me talking to myself on phone. 5 calls in one morning handled in the same manner. I couldn't visit after such an experience.
