Customer service is very impressive. I don't normally write a google review but have to say they did a really great job. They WhatsApp me even though I'm overseas to confirm the designs and got a digital copy of the recipient's signature upon delivery! Never had that experience before and felt I can trust them 100%.

Great service! Though they weren't able to source the exact flowers per the website, they suggested replacing them with roses, which was appreciated. They were delivered on the same day but slightly later than expected.

Amazing service and really good customized gift quality! I ordered a big bouquet and a custom balloon for a friend's birthday and it was prepared on a very short notice (1 day in advance) and delivered timely. The Purpink team communicated very well and informed me about every step as well as checked the design with me before preparing the gift, and this was when I was abroad. The recipient was very happy about the gift, and I was very happy with the whole order process including a confirmation of delivery. They even have an option to film the reaction of the recipient for you which can be really fun. Highly recommend this service! Great value!
