It's one of the nicest fast food stops in Kenya. Their chicken is amazing. They prepare both spicy and non spicy meals depending on your prefence. They also prepare fresh fruit juice. They brew caramel tea which is amazing so to say. They also have enough space for a limited number of people. Services is self service

I give them a 3 for the location and the quality of pizza. The service is slow with no apologies, delivery is even worse. The lady at the counter also picks the orders for delivery and she’s not very professional on phone. They could use a few more hands especially on terrific Tuesdays. I wrote the above about 9 months ago. Since then a lot has improved with the service and the space is now bigger with a few changes in design. There’s always room for improvement. The sale receipt has an order number, a system to display ready orders would be great. One has to wait and keep walking to and from the counter.

Like regular Pizza Inn joints but less crowded. Sitting space is also ok, all things considered.

I had the pepperoni and chicken pizza. Its on the deluxe #pizza 🍕 side. The pizza was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. We were pretty hungry. It was my first time trying out this pizza and it didn't dissapoint like other's I have tried before. #letsguide

The staff there are too corrupt they dont follow the receipt number in delivering their services they keep on serving customers they know faster than the new once...i would recomend the DOMINOS for pizza hundred times every thing is transparent on the screen..

The pizza is great upto standard but the chicken Inn is not all that.They serve very little fries

Ordered the 2 piece chicken meal with large fries for kshs 300 from chicken inn. Took about 6 minutes to get ready. Chicken was crispy but a bit dry, fries were tasty. Parking was tight though they have security to assist.

Great customer service. Time keeping in regards to food preparation and serving is also good. They do not have ample parking though. A nice place to grap a quick snack.

Poor customer service,my order took 3 hrs and wasn't delivered and they didn't even communicate.

Some of my order was missing and when I followed up, they proceeded to hang up on me. Very poor customer service.

We ordered from we were brought for cheese and bread from here just few toppings on one side, you can check from the photo

I'm have been ordering online through the app ever since I moved to Langata. My last two deliveries have been dissapointing. One they failed to bring a soda. Recently they brought completely burnt chicken and raw fries. No one cares to respond. I know they don't care but they've lost a client.

I took a take out on 30th August and the pizza was really bad , gave me a food poisoning, the taste was just abit off

The eatery has a guard who assists with parking which is limited. The guard also ushers you in to take your temperature and sanitize your hands. The place is clean and wiped/mopped on a regular basis. The friendly customer service and quick to take orders. It has a clean washing area and toilets. Covid-19 rules are observed as you enter, order and exit. It may get congested and busy when orders are many. It's at a busy location and one has to be patient with traffic on a busy hour between cars joining the highway and others accessing the petrol station.
