I've been using Yum for the past few months deliveries were always good till one morning they tell me they don't make deliveries to where I live (and they were doing so for the past 4 months) when I ask them why the answer is it is 5 minutes past the delivery region yet they were able to do so for the past 4 months 🤦‍♂️

Placed an order for food as I've done many times in the past. Order was accepted. Received a call 30 minutes later only to be placed on hold and disconnected. Lady called back and said they do not deliver over 3,000ksh, even though I had placed many orders in the past greater than this. I refused to give her my credit card details to avoid a scam.

I had 2 experiences and they were both bad. The first night, they called me 30 minutes after I ordered to tell me the place was closed. The second night it is over 3 hours and I have still not gotten my food. System glitches where they charged me but had no record of my order, not allowing me to order at the minimum amount requested, driver getting lost for 45 minutes. I cannot recommend.

Delivery was efficient and when I call support to track my order they were very precise and helpful.

Fantastic service! I've order over half a dozen times and every experience has been very good. Yes in general it takes a while for orders to be delivered in Kenya, but Yum is very up front about expected delivery times and keeps you informed via SMS the entire way. After I placed my last order I wanted to add to it. I had a great experience calling their main number. The call was answered quickly, the agent was articulate and helpful and my issue was quickly resolved. Thanks!

I have used Yum for food deliveries for the longest time and they don't disappoint. The riders are on time and they actually make use of the Google Maps as opposed to calling every minute to ask for directions. I would give them 5 stars if they covered my area.

Placed and paid for my order only for a mishap to occur no call back at all! Called the center apparently they were trying to reach me! They even asked for my details I gave them and changed contact infothere only to come back and have to call again to repeat the same stuff. I call the restaurant and they say they have not heard from Yum so I decide to go and pick it up myself and on the way get a call we meet halfway with rider but wait for it, he has wrong order! Fail by Yum I won’t be back in a while .

Place an order 7 days ago and charged me for 2 pizzas and delivered 1. Spoke with a supervisor and never, called back to follow up on the issue. Called again and Elizabet from customer care couldn't take order over the phone. Very useless service.
