I would easily give the loft 5stars cause it deserves it. The apartments are very homely with a beautiful view of part of Nairobi. Sunsets and sunrise views are to die for from these apartments. A home away from home really. The rooftop pool is really cold though, so brace yourself. But generally would give these apartments a 10/10! If you're looking for long-term or short-term accommodation, this is worth every coin hands down.

Where do I start from? The views from the apartment are breathtaking, you can literally see the entire Kilimani and other high rise buildings and it’s entirely beautiful. The apartment is clean, spacious and beautiful. Management is awesome and you can order food within or from restaurants nearby. If you are visiting Nairobi, I totally recommend, it’s worth every KES I promise 😊😍

A great Establishment with good furnished apartments which are also inclusive of pent houses.Very neat and has an awesome view that cuts across kilimani wood avenue,westlands and also the city central business district.They got also good pricing please purposes and have a stay there

We’ve just come back from a stay here for a week. Booked on floor 10, apartment 22. The bathroom drain downstairs gave off a very strong sewerage drain smell that permeated the whole living area downstairs despite the door remaining closed and the window in the bathroom remaining wide open. The kitchen sink was blocked throughout our entire stay so impossible to do dishes. The poor cleaning lady had to get a plunger and tried her best (to little avail) to unblock the sink. The maintenance guy came as well and let’s just say the cleaning lady did more than he did. The TV, despite being told before our booking that it was a smart tv, was not a smart tv at all and no attempt was made by staff to change it or swop it out with one that was not being used from a vacant room. The Wifi upstairs was…non-existent. We checked in and after asking the operating times of the kitchen were told it had not been operational in over 6 months. They told us before booking that it was still operational. Also, the steam room, which we were told upon check in was operational, turned out to be out of service for over a week. Overall the rooms are really nice and the loft apartment itself is in very good condition. The apartments are as pictured so no disappointments there. Security at the entrance to the premises is always there so the safety aspect is very good which is nice. Staff seem friendly as well. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. The smell from the bathroom drain was unbearable towards the end of our stay and in general despite the high points, not worth another stay.

What a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful to Diana, Linet and Ahanitah! They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They were so patient with my request. I checked in apartment 13 and had a pleasant stay. I would recommend solely based on the experience with these staff. Especially Diana the receptionist, she was very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a well furnished apartment at an ideal location. However the staff is unprofessional to say the least and the management does not allow for any flexibility. Whoever there is a disagreement they restore to mistreatment and bullying clients into taking their terms
