from
a
stay
here
for
a
week.
Booked
on
floor
10,
apartment
22.
The
bathroom
drain
downstairs
gave
off
a
very
strong
sewerage
drain
smell
that
permeated
the
whole
living
area
downstairs
despite
the
door
remaining
closed
and
the
window
in
the
bathroom
remaining
wide
open.
The
kitchen
sink
was
blocked
throughout
our
entire
stay
so
impossible
to
do
dishes.
The
poor
cleaning
lady
had
to
get
a
plunger
and
tried
her
best
(to
little
avail)
to
unblock
the
sink.
The
maintenance
guy
came
as
well
and
letโs
just
say
the
cleaning
lady
did
more
than
he
did.
The
TV,
despite
being
told
before
our
booking
that
it
was
a
smart
tv,
was
not
a
smart
tv
at
all
and
no
attempt
was
made
by
staff
to
change
it
or
swop
it
out
with
one
that
was
not
being
used
from
a
vacant
room.
The
Wifi
upstairs
wasโฆnon-existent.
We
checked
in
and
after
asking
the
operating
times
of
the
kitchen
were
told
it
had
not
been
operational
in
over
6
months.
They
told
us
before
booking
that
it
was
still
operational.
Also,
the
steam
room,
which
we
were
told
upon
check
in
was
operational,
turned
out
to
be
out
of
service
for
over
a
week.
Overall
the
rooms
are
really
nice
and
the
loft
apartment
itself
is
in
very
good
condition.
The
apartments
are
as
pictured
so
no
disappointments
there.
Security
at
the
entrance
to
the
premises
is
always
there
so
the
safety
aspect
is
very
good
which
is
nice.
Staff
seem
friendly
as
well.
Unfortunately
we
wonโt
be
staying
here
again.
The
smell
from
the
bathroom
drain
was
unbearable
towards
the
end
of
our
stay
and
in
general
despite
the
high
points,
not
worth
another
stay.
