Most jewellery here is gold PLATED. Now i do not expext that to last very long but 2 weeks is all it took to start chipping off. I took it back and the was exchanged without drama (thank you very much) but the exchanged item also chipped off and lost all lustre in less than a month despite the fact that both items were treated with reasonable care. I counted my losses and moved on! At this shop you will get great service and terrible products!

I bought a ring and after two weeks it started chipping off, taking in back they said they can’t do anything about it!! Unfortunately I had come to visit kenya so it took me 9 months to bring it back, at least for customer service even if it’s not replacing it they could have polished it for me!!! But saying they can’t do nothing, that’s very rude. I was so upset n I gave them back their ring.
