I called the customer care asking if they had something I wanted. They said they did. I got to the clinic and they actually didn’t have it. Waste of time

One of the worst experiences with Dr Pancholi, big regret for me. I hated it. Plus the treatment did not work, it got worse and trying to consult for advice afterwards was not easy. I was out of town and when I call they would tell me to send messages. they didn’t respond to my messages. I don’t even like rating negatively but this was one of my biggest regrets. Plus I met two other ladies who had similar experiences so it’s good to inform others

Was told that consultation fee is applied towards the treatment from one location and then told that I would be billed twice for the consultation fee plus the treatment from a different location. Won't go to a place that can't provide accurate information.

I had struggled with a skin condition for over 2yrs. I visited a number of dermatologists in Nairobi but none of them sorted me. Visited Avane early this year and Dr. Pancholi fiagndiag me with eczema and treated me. I can now sleep without itching at night. Been referring my friends with kids suffering from eczema and they are all happy with him.

Having specialized doctor are rarest of rare in kenya.skilled Neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon are very much needed in the country.Spinal clinic africa's humane treatment is very much helpful to local communities. Extended services to all over africa is very much appreciable. Recommend for all back pain sufferers.

Very unprofessional. I was asked to pay for the consultation first, it is normally done after the consultation. But that was ok as it’s their policy. A nurse first checked my vitals, the whole time she was measuring the vitals she was talking to someone on the phone. I than met the doctor. He asked me what the issue is and answered the question by himself ‘must be neck pain’. The nurse and him started laughing at this point. The doctor after a while decided to answer his mobile. I mean I am in his office and he is having a personal conversation on his mobile!! I think there are much better practices in Nairobi! The doctor and the nurse did not even realise I took photos on my phone when they were talking on their mobiles!

Best Orthopedic and spine Dr. Dr Ritesh is qualified and does his work with a passion. I have several friends that i have referred to him with spine injuries, hip and kneecap problems. Some went to him on wheelchairs but now can walk and work without problems. God bless you doctor.

Poor customer/patient service and a 4 hour waiting time yet I had 4 weeks old newborn with these covid times. I wouldn't recommend the facility, other centres are way better. I was the first patient to book a dermatologist at 1pm just to realize people who came way after me are being served, waited for an additional 1 hour no help until the baby was restless and I had to leave for home at 3pm

Very poor attitude with those ladies receptionist and that lady at the lab.. I will never come back there..... Thank God for the paediatrician, and triage lady and gent... very friendly.

The clinic needs to invest more in a dermatologist . Have appointments after every 2 weeks without any improvement is so unhealthy to our insurance covers. I had to seek alternative opinion which worked.

AAR roysambu clinic we book an appointed and confirmed by one we are here by one and upto now at 3.30 the doctor is not yet in even after many phone calls from other collegues..the line is big just waiting for one doc to come n attend us..its not fair at all if its how the clinic works..its just a dissapointment are we suppose to go unattended after waiting for 2 good hours?

I loved the quick service I was given at this institution as well as the nice smiles from caregivers.

Love the customer care and medical personnel attitude, until it came to the pharmacy and i opted to buy drugs outside and they had to charge for the IV, which was not on the receipt and the pharmacist had to call someone to confirm the price, and its not the IV where you have lots of injection, its the normal syringe and service. Am okay paying a consultation fee relative to what they are asking or higher, but why charge an extra 960 for an injection and the nurse doesn't get a commission???
