Visited the place 1 week to our wedding. The place looks so great and everything is legit. My wedding ring couldn't fit so well and they adjusted it in 3 days....was so worried but they delivered. Can't stop admiring my ring everyday. Looks good on our fingers😊. Oh! And it came out exactly as we wanted them. I would recommend them anytime, any day. I had a great experience while over in Kenya. At that time I noticed the ring, but decided to not buy yet. After learning it was still available I knew I needed to have it. The service was amazing. Quick responses and all questions answered. I needed the ring resized which was not a problem for them. Turnaround time was a little over a week from first conversation to getting the ring in hand. Mustafa is the epitome of good customer service. Our first order wasn't done correctly, but he fully owned up, gave us a huge discount, apologised a million times and promised to sort us out. So when we collected the remade rings they were perfect. He included many freebies as well, as a way of apologising for the first mistake. I'd recommend him over and over again.
