I went to see Gladys with a lower back pain found out it was muscle spasms due to my nature of work and she worked wonders her remedial muscle therapy eased alot it after a couple of session. she is professional and super talented.

I came to Mark at The Healing Clinic with pain in the hip during some movements. Mark quickly found points to improve, and over the course of 6 weeks managed to create a significant improvement in the direct symptoms which had been mostly getting worse over the previous 2 months despite physiotherapy work. He achieved this through (somewhat painful, but effective) massages and other methods, but also suggested exercises. Furthermore, I now have less discomfort when standing for long time, an improvement I did not expect!

I had a knee surgery and Dr Mark through the healing clinic have assisted me recover well. Now I can walk with less pain and even long distances.

And hands down I can say Mark provided me with the BEST massage on my life. I got a package of myofascial release combined with hot stones. Mark found new pressure points and areas of tightness that have never been explored on my body before. He truly is a therapist and knows his anatomy very well. As a pathologist I have to admit he knew his musculoskeletal system better than I do. Definitely something you need as traveler or expat not feeling perfect. BEST money spent. Mark is so great that I'm going to see him again in 4 days.

First day coming in I had a lot of muscle pain and soreness and was a bit sceptical about the whole therapy process but Gladys reassured me and worked miracles on my muscles, she's real professional and has a clear love for what she does. After the whole 1hrs session my muscles felt more relaxed and i was able to do certain movements i wasn't able to before without feling pain and as an athlete this is now something I can't go without doing at least doing once a month twice if its really bad

I met Mark through Google search in my quest for a non-medical/hospital solution/management of TOS caused by an extra rib. The first three sessions were very intense, but, rewarding and as I continued to go for the sessions the relief continued. I work with young children and am constantly bending down to their level and sitting at very small tables. Over the years this has caused me to develop the beginning signs of scoliosis. Oh man, I wish I could give Mark 10/10 stars. I came in with lower back pain from computer posture + incorrectly lifting heavy objects, and he was not only able to immediately identify EXACTLY what I’d injured and address it, but also offered advice on preventative treatment for the future. He was so good I went back three separate times for massages — some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve lived in two of the largest cities in the U.S. - New York and San Francisco - and have had a LOT of massages). Cannot recommend highly enough! Go visit Mark, you’ll be very glad you did :)

I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. In comparison to a massage from a place like massage spa, my experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days.
