One of the best hospitals that still has mature and serious doctors, unlike most other hospitals, which employ young recently graduated doctors. However, their satelite clinics have some challenges, particularly the TRM clinic. Some key staff seem to come in late on a continuos basis.So if you prefer to visit a doctor first thing in the morning before going to work, you will most likely be delayed. Additionally, the doctors have a tendency of prescribing medication that is not readily available at their pharmacy. That further delays you in the event you have to go back to the doctor for change of medication.

Whenever I call nobody picks. What's the purpose of putting a phone number that goes unanswered! To make matters worse when I visit the branch they don't have the phone at the customer care desk. Nkt

Very quick services and the doctors take time to listen to their patients' illnesses, explain to them their on the same, advice them on how to tackle the problem and keenly administer the precise medications. The offer specialist' services on given days and offer emergency services though the lack an ambulance. The place is of high class cleanliness and hygiene. The accept medical cover cards and cash as well. They have clean washrooms for both male and female. The offer a very wide variety of medical services. There is also an easy access by people with disabilities. There is a well organized waiting room for clients. This place is a good one for people who want to avoid long queues since there is no overcrowding or waiting for long to be attended to.

Its one of the best private hospital we have around. However its services is beyond the reach of many Its a very expensive hospital .Its found within south b estate along dunga road.

Mater hospital trm is one of the biggest scam I know. Kwanza wakiona.insurance they will prescribe antibiotics that aren't necessary.. don't forget unecesary lab tests.. I would Neva recommend this hospital to any one.. I remember my baby had teething fever and they ended up prescribing wrong drugs..i.thamks GOD i always go by maternal instincts.. nlimpea calpol na joto ikaisha on it's.own..he didn't have and viral infection as they had suggested.. if u going to.this hospitals and u have insurance cards, be cautious... The service is exceptional

This is one of the biggest private hospitals in Nairobi. It has a special clinic for heart complications. The doctors and the nurses are very professional. My cousin has been taking her son to this hospital for a long time because of a heart complication. The progress is great so far. However, it is vital you know what you are being treatef for and keep up with the progresd especially if you have insurance. The doctors have a sweet tooth for money and will drain your coffers dry. Importantly, there is a kids play ground which helps to keep them busy as adults visit the wards.
