Either for a short term or long term stay Heri is a great place - if you can afford it. The compound is well kept and surrounded with nature. Nice garden 🪴 and good swimming pool. You can enjoy a cup of coffee ☕️ or a nice meal at the restaurant or by the pool side.

Hi, I spent some great times at Heri Heights Services Apartments. The site and the facilities are amazing. The staff looked after me perfectly. They are welcoming and very professional. I strongly recommend Heri Heights. The food was delicious. Top service from day one to the end. A minor suggestion: please repair the multifunction work out machine at the gym.

Heri Heights is located in one of the best places in Nairobi. The environment is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. It was very relaxing. The staff were also really nice and helpful. We would definitely come back here.

I noticed some problems in the apartment I was placed and complained. Promptly I was moved to a much better, very comfortable one. Throughout the stay Ms. Jane Mutonga kept checking on my wellbeing and assessment of the services. Every staff was courteous, on time and they attended to my needs.

Heri was a pleasant suprise home away from home. My room was lovely, spacious and clean. The service was professional and friendly from everyone i encountered from the front office, restaurant, swimming pool/gym and housekeeping areas. I enjoyed the location because it was in a nice quiet area for rest and relaxation and yet close and accessible via uber/bolt to town and other trendy areas in Nairobi.

Held a team training there and the facilities and support we got was incredible! The grounds are very well kept and lovely, poolside lunch service was great! Will definitely revisit with friends and family!

Worst customer service ever. The entire establishment is under maintenance! Apartments, swimming pool and even electricity. I am shocked they still offer accommodations and indicate that everything works. In short, if you don't want to have a bad stay, don't book here.

Great service. Beautiful place. Clean, good bed. 73 dollars or 8000 shillings. Only gives you 1 towel for 2, but still good place

This place is ok, But they have very noisy private events at the restaurant which could go upto 4am in the morning sometimes. Very annoying.
