The receptionist I found there today was rude, very unfriendly. She was actually refusing to contact my insurance provider, behaving as if I was bothering her. I've never been treated that way before, not even in a public hospital. I'm disappointed.

The best experience ever in my life with a dentist. Dr. Elistone Muuo you truly have an experience. I cannot believe my tooth has been removed without me going through pain. I even asked him if he is done and he was like we are done. What a service. I have even regretted why I hadn't known him earlier. Great service. Thank you and am so happy.

Avenue Greenspan when you put up a notice that pediatrician will be present on Sunday 2.00 - 5.00 can you ensure that happens or else put down the notice..... In more than 3 occasions I have brought my baby for check up by a pediatrician only to be told the pediatrician is not in after queuing ,very annoying which leaves me wondering why you advertise what you cannot deliver. Management please look into this.

Unprofessional and rude especially the secretaries (Sheila Adongo) who are the 1st point of contact. Should do better

Worst hospital. Being that it's a private hospital. The receptionist was very Cold.i walked out before being treated.

i visited the dental clinic back in may for two root canals, now one of them has cracked. am still wondering how. i feel cheated

The receptionist don't have the best customer service to be quite honest. They get aggetated quite easily especially if you are the kind to keep asking for clarification with the information they give you.I was disappointed by them. However,the dentist and the pharmacist are really kind and friendly.

The lady you have to receive calls is the worst. She doesn't know how to talk to people. You would ask her questions and she would even hung you up. That's so bad

This is the worst service ever that I've received in this branch. Late antenatal clinic that started at 11am, no proper record to follow on next to see the doctor. We hope to experience world class service to patients. There should be professionalism it's so annoying. I wish the 2018 team of the receptionist and nurse would be brought back.

I love the time and experience I had at the avenue hospital Greenspan mall. The doctor attending to me was like a brother, he took his precious time in washing my mouth, cleaned my teeth though the process was kinda painful but this guy with his stories took away all the pain. Within no time he was done and asked if he could go ahead and replace my broken teeth. I gave him an okay. With the stories this time round we took not less than 40 min and the whole process was done and could now smile comfortably

Typically, I am the FIRST to write a review to outline a poor customer service experience, however this time is different. About 2 months ago I visited the Avenue Health (Greenspan) Clinic, as I was experiencing serious pain. My entire Sunday was spent at their Reception area (which I am grateful) as I wanted to ensure that I was registered prior to being admitted; and then came the time in which I was (at around 3pm). I had waited for a while so I approached the woman (Pictured) and asked her “what is the held up?”, she rudely replied “if you are in any a hurry go to another clinic” . Can you turn away a patient without seeing a doctor/First aid. I continued to wait for my turn (again), a doctor had to come from examination room to admit me directly coz I was shivering. He was thorough, polite, gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Though I was experiencing excruciating pain, I felt a sense "calm" after conversing with him. He went on to ensure that I would feel like a new person within the hour and though I was not at 100%, he was correct; I did in fact feel like a new person after taking the drugs he prescribed. I just wanted to spend a few moments to truly illustrate both my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. ** and the pharmacist who gave me a bed to rest as I wait for Lab results. The doctor even brought me my subscription where I was.

Hospital is clean and you don't wait for too long to see a doctor. Antenatal and postnatal care is given by Gaenacologists. Pharmacists are very friendly

Generally the services are superb. A few things which needs to be shaped up. 1.Additional washrooms and toiletries (adequate toilet papers in the facilities) 2.Water dispensers with adequate water for consumption.

They are efficient in their service,and quiet quick.on a normal day to see a doctor you can yake less than 30min...but X-ray services,you need to be soooo patient,spare 2hours for that.it took me one hour to get to the xray room after seing the doctor and another one hour waiting for the results.
