Service up to and including surgery was great. However when it came to post surgery care, their service was wanting. Suddenly you find their mode of communication is via text messages, where previously calls were made to you. The doctor (in my case Professor Macharia) was only available for one of my review appointments. I ended up cancelling my last review appointment after being told, last minute and yet again that he would not be available. Post surgery is also a time when a patient is vulnerable, wondering if the surgery was successful...how do you walk this journey with someone who was not in the operating room?? It just felt that after payment, they were no longer interested in you as a patient! I would like to acknowledge the apology that came my way after I posted the review above. Thank you Professor Macharia for reaching out to me and taking responsibility on behalf of the organization.

A great place with "quality" services. The waiting time though, got to wait for more than 2 hours before being able to see any progress, or is it coz it was a weekend? I enjoyed their care though.

The doctors at this clinic are good but if you value your time and don’t expect to wait forever then this isn’t the place. They accept walk ins so you never know who is being squeezed in before your appointment. Expect to wait even if you have an appointment. Sometimes the doctors arrive late in the morning and there could be a full room of patients waiting for a doctor. Other times you could be told that the doctor is discharging a patient at a hospital and that’s why no one is here. They overbook and are understaffed. The receptionist Jackie couldn’t care less of your complaints and defends the bad actions and will just look at you with a blank stare. People who came at the same time as us were seen first. If you dare complain believe me they will make sure you are seen last. One thing is for sure this is a great place to get rid of your western customer service expectations and build your patience muscle.

NOT BABY FRIENDLY AT ALL!! I arrived at your clinic at 7.45AM, was informed that the doctor had an accident hence will be late. The patient was a toddler. I was seen at 10.00AM (At this time, the baby has began getting cranky due to lack of sleep. I was shocked to be told for diaper change, I have to go to 1st floor from 5th floor, you had no place for the toddler to sleep (requisite for the procedure) so we sat on a lounge chair, the noise from passers by kept waking him up hence we ended up leaving without service (1.00PM). Do you not have a lactation area as per government law! You can do better NBO ENT Clinic!

Professional, efficient, kind caring and very excellent after surgery care. I salute the doctors who operated me Prof Isaac Macharia, Dr. Nyagah and the Anaethesist Dr Otieno and Dr. Gitonga (post op management) The nurses led by the team at the clinic -Natasha, Glorie, Evelyne, Mercy, Jackie, Winnie and Alex (Accounts) , the nurses at the hospital led by Ms. Namiti and David and a host of others whose names I cannot recall. The best place if you need quality ENT Services

Very slow. I mean 3 hours wait time slow for a walk in. A follow up appointment resulted in 2 hours wait time before even seeing the doctor and that was an appointment. What is the point of having an appointment ? If you are looking for faster service look elsewhere.

Was kept waiting for 45 minutes, no explanation or apology. Left without seeing the doctor. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever, I have been calling the clinic and waited to be called back to just receive medicines after submitting our results. Someone is in so much pain and yet they ignore to call. Imagine waiting and calling to remind them to call back from 12 up until 5 but they choose to be ignorant. They promised to call back as I was getting worried they might be closed, To my surprise I’m calling at 6 and it goes to the answering machine.

Good hospital for medical services for children. Their staff are professional and keen on seeing the children get well and happy. They are only open during daytime and not available for night emergencies. The pharmacy is well stocked and they give advice on how to use prescribed medicines.

It was fast and i got treated well

Two years ago I visited Nairobi ENT and was treated by a young doctor who seemed very qualified. This time around I went to their Aga Khan branch and I left with a very different feeling. I was prescribed antibiotics for a side effect of a chronic condition. Medical boards all over the world are warning that antibiotics reduce the body's ability to fight off covid, so I decided to ignore this. When I made the appointment, I was told that consultation fee was 3,000, but apparently "the doctor sets the fee" - probably based on what she considers fit for the patient's pocket. In return for 5,000 kshs, she took a look in my throat, told me that it looked red, prescribed unnecessary antibiotics and told me to come back in a week or 2. Follow-up visits seem to be part of the game, because the first thing the cashier asked me, was "when did she tell you to come back". If you need an ENT-specialist, go to their main branch. The Aga Khan branch is a total waste of time and money.

Today the 23rd feb 2021 I took my 6months old for clinic ,, everything was going well until this nurse who was serving for the clinic started questioning my babies head ( this were her words ,, did you ever take your child for the 6weeks check up ,,do you have anyone in your family who has a head like of the baby, have you ever gone for an ex ray , go see the pediatrician after this) this words got me confused to a point I dint even know what to do , I saw the pediatrician and everything was ok with my baby ,, about this nurse I don’t know what wrong with her and I don’t think that was professional at all, you don’t just approach someone and start commenting on their kids without thinking 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I had never been scared like this ever in my life !!!!!
