Very rude reception. Very very rude

Amurt Health Care is the place you can get assessed very first by a doctor. The whole team is very kind and always ready to help. For over 10yrs I have visited the Health Care haven't met a rude personnel. Keep it up.

Worst customer service ever... especially the receptionist... She is very rude and it very rare for her to help you in any way... Very ignorant... Wrong person for the Job.!!!!!.

I have heard the worst experience with the hospital I get booked to see a gyna at a particular time,I request for an off day only to reach there and be told i should have called earlier.Very pathetic services to be sincere .

In case of emergency,please look for an alternative,mostly in the morning,they open few minutes to nine,

Was not happy with the dental service

I had root canal in May 2020 in Amurt Westland subcounty - Mountain View, now the filling done on those teeth is off. My teeth as gaps as before. I feel so bad since I thought the problem was resolved now I have to look for another dentist to redo.

I recently revisited Amurt for dental services, and I must say that my second experience was much better than the first. The first time, I was dissatisfied with the dental services. However, during my second visit, the service was excellent, and the dentist handled me with great care. I appreciate the positive change and am pleased with the improved service during my second appointment.

Yes, I have been a loyal member for over 5 years. Very HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF except for 1 at least the day I was there last week to be precise from today. She kept talking on the phone to what we could gather was not work related. Once in a while she could receive the call and leave you hanging. The worst part came when I made payment via equity till number and she got furious why i did not ask her yet I thought the other modes of payment were to simplify her work and she claimed she didn’t have the phone for checking the transaction which clearly shows she is in the wrong place and job. The older receptionists were the best.

The receptionist is from hell, she is soo slow and when you ask questions she's like "we wacha fanya vile nakwambia" not forgetting we had to call the doctor to come assist us as he was not around, anyone thinking of this place BEWARE!!! HUKU UTAKAA MPAKA USIKU UKINGOJA DAKTARI AJE KUKUTIBU, WORST PLACE TO BE.
