Good place, neat but never coming back. Management not professional. Paid for 6 days of accomodations but checked out after 3 days due to unavoidable circumstances but no communication on whether I get my refund or not. Communication is important.

I had a wonderful experience at West Suites Sherry Homes. The host was extremely accommodating and the service impeccable. On top of this, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and the amenities great.

It's a good place which is pretty much central to everything in the city. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to all destinations you need. The street next to the West Suites is dirty and noisy with lots of loud people around. Next to the building there is a place where they sell fruits and vegetables which makes things very convenient.

My stay at sherry Homes was wonderful.I loved all their services, the bed was comfortable , the bathroom is spacious, location is incredible with a good view from the apartment , communication was super easy and quick the place looks exactly like in the pictures.I would absolutely recommend you to stay there.

The place was very cozy and comfortable. The price point was ok, 20 us dollars per night. I was able to cook, WiFi is available and self check in. The place was a bit noisy when you open your windows, but if you keep them shut, no noise. There's an elevator and very good security, one needs an access card to get into the apartment. Unfortunately they have no parking space and the surrounding area isn't so well organized.

The apartment houses Air BnB suites. It's very convenient due to its proximity to Nairobi CBD. The suites are well kitted and finished. The guests are issued with electronic security cards for access to the building, lifts and their respective suits. This is a big plus in terms of security. The suites are very affordable considering what you get for KSH 2500 for the one bed suite. The only downside of this place is the lack of adequate parking space.

Nice clean rooms ideal for short or long term stays

We liked that it is close to the airport, and the measures they take when it comes to security. This being our 2nd time there, our expectations were high but we were disappointed by the unit we got this time. The bathroom door was messed up. There was no heads up how open the door. This time there was no allowance for late check out. While I understand it's a business, but I hated having to wake a sleeping infant, because they refused to let us check out a little later than expected. That was the most disappointing moment. The room had a musty smell when we arrived. There was a case of the roaches. We worked with the situation. Our 1st time was so pleasant is why we went back. I think we will try the previous unit again....and hopefully give a better review.

I have mixed feelings on this one. Pros: good security, wi-fi, close proximity to C.B.D. Cons: many appliances don't work (i.e T.v, microwave), no nets despite mosquitoes, inadequate beddings that do not provide warmth. In the end, you get what you pay for. But there's places where you can get better value for your money, imo.

This is one of the best places to find a well furnished yet affordable bnb in the city. The hidden gem in Nairobi West has a fantastic view of the surrounding areas and you can spot this high scaling building from a mile away. The missing star is as a result of a very squeezed parking space at the bottom floor of the building that might result in you parking outside, however, there is ample security throughout the premises, inclusive of security guards, key cards and all round surveillance. The lifts are big enough to handle the magnitude of guests flowing in and out of this hotspot. I would highly recommend you visit in order to get the amazing feeling of home away from home(literally).

Good place to spent your night in Nairobi at a budget friendly and satisfactory service. It's a good fully serviced studio apartment, convenient and safe. Worth staying
